WEEK 2.

WEEK 2

Adelina and Kyrie Ushiromiya are dead.

Regardless of how you felt about them and whether or not you mourned their passing, life goes on. It seems the Wordsmith intends to make good on the rules he's left for you all.

Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

Either way, it seems there's nothing to do but move on - or, perhaps, move down. Another door in that holding area near the elevator seems to have opened up, leading into a corridor and a stairwell that seems to lead you somewhere beneath the dormitories, and eventually onto a new floor altogether.

Go ahead and explore all you like; after all, you did well at completing your lessons this past week.

[ She's here working on something, herself; when she sees Jasper, she perks up a bit and waves. ]

Afternoon! Looking for something?
iaspis: (✧ that it’s not the way)

[personal profile] iaspis 2017-01-31 02:08 am (UTC)(link)
Good afternoon.

[She has an assortment of tools strewn about, including a few things that could probably be construed as weapons, but it's pretty clear she's not familiar with some of them.]

I am trying to figure out the technology in this place. These are all... old.

[Not that the tools themselves are old, who knows about that; she means the technology itself.]
ravagers: (memories of happier days)

[personal profile] ravagers 2017-02-02 07:06 am (UTC)(link)
Really?

[ Hmmm. Vanille looks them over, then glances to Jasper. ]

What kind of technology are you used to?
iaspis: (✧ i can’t believe i didn’t)

[personal profile] iaspis 2017-02-03 12:13 am (UTC)(link)
[So here is a description of a bunch of high-tech sci-fi stuff!

And also a weird hand motif for some reason??]
ravagers: (promised eternity)

[personal profile] ravagers 2017-02-06 12:10 am (UTC)(link)
Huh. That's way more advanced than anything I've seen! So this must all be a serious blast to the past.
iaspis: (✧ nothing to lose)

[personal profile] iaspis 2017-02-06 04:47 am (UTC)(link)
[She nods.]

Something like that. It's strange. But all that really means is that this isn't Gem technology.
ravagers: (terra incognita)

[personal profile] ravagers 2017-02-06 04:48 am (UTC)(link)
I can't imagine how he'd get ahold of all that, anyway, if it were...
iaspis: (◇ guilty by association)

[personal profile] iaspis 2017-02-06 08:01 pm (UTC)(link)
Were what?
ravagers: (sinfonia)

[personal profile] ravagers 2017-02-07 05:31 am (UTC)(link)
If it were gem technology!
iaspis: (◇ no more lies)

[personal profile] iaspis 2017-02-11 12:48 am (UTC)(link)
Oh.

He might have gotten ahold of the ship I arrived on Earth in. It's very large, but he was able to capture me in the first place.
ravagers: (gospelle (3))

[personal profile] ravagers 2017-02-11 12:50 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah? Huh... wonder how he managed that. Then again... he's got to have a lot of power, right? Since he brought so many of use here from so many different places.
