WEEK 1.
Now that you've had a chance to yell at the Wordsmith, one thing is very clear. He wasn't lying. There's no escape from this place. You can explore all you like, but there aren't any ways to leave. It seems like there isn't much to do but settle in and get to know your fellow Apprentices. You're free to go wherever you'd like for the most part, but come 10PM the doors to the kitchen and the mail room will shut and lock and nothing you can do will get them to open. While you might be tempted to sleep in, you'll find that the clock in the foyer goes off every morning at 7AM and again in the evenings at 10PM without fail. You'll be able to hear it no matter where you are; it seems it's being broadcast over the PA system. You're welcome to go back to sleep after you hear it, but surely you don't want to spend the whole day in bed? (Unless you were out exploring all last night. In which case, go back to bed, damn.) |
MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week one of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]
laundry room
Alani...?
[Hanyuu was only seeing if she could wash her pajamas and regular outfit why. (So she is indeed in a school uniform, looking rather uncomfortable.)]
no subject
Hi, Hanyuu! Everything okay?

[Are you dying half-fish girl]

[ THIS ISN'T JUST THE SINK ROOM? ]
no subject
[I mean most people in Hinamizawa don't have a big separate one but]
no subject
[ She points to a sink please save this fish. ]
no subject
No, those are sinks. It's where you... Clothes, it's where you wash them. [Gestures to her own, bundled.] That is called doing laundry.
no subject
[ Pants are a mystery, man. ]

[ She sighs. ]
Guess it's my turn to adjust.
no subject
[This sounds like something both positive and negative at the same time honestly.]
If you require assistance, I can help you, in what way I can.
no subject
[ She might sing a different tune once she need to actually do it, but.
She frowns in thought. ]
Did the Ryuun take human forms to fit in?
no subject
[Once, so long ago, she had another form. Once, but so long that it's beyond her reach.]
no subject
[ There's a moment of silence as she turns that over in her head. ]
I'm, uh... sorry, if that hurt to bring up.
no subject
It was a long time ago...and is the fact of how things are. If we wanted to live in the world of men, we had to conform and confine, and take responsibility for the actions of our kind You needn't apologize.
no subject
No one else on Akopos is even human-shaped, so... I do understand a little about changing to live where you ended up. I wasn't born with gills, after all.
no subject
[Starting her laundry, pensive.]
What do they look like? The Helicians.

[is this fucking homestuck]

[ That reasoning sure sounded Prepared. ]

I believe, from my own experience, those who live on the outside but continue to strive...are very strong. Whatever their circumstances may be.
