WEEK 1.
Now that you've had a chance to yell at the Wordsmith, one thing is very clear. He wasn't lying. There's no escape from this place. You can explore all you like, but there aren't any ways to leave. It seems like there isn't much to do but settle in and get to know your fellow Apprentices. You're free to go wherever you'd like for the most part, but come 10PM the doors to the kitchen and the mail room will shut and lock and nothing you can do will get them to open. While you might be tempted to sleep in, you'll find that the clock in the foyer goes off every morning at 7AM and again in the evenings at 10PM without fail. You'll be able to hear it no matter where you are; it seems it's being broadcast over the PA system. You're welcome to go back to sleep after you hear it, but surely you don't want to spend the whole day in bed? (Unless you were out exploring all last night. In which case, go back to bed, damn.) |
MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week one of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]
Meeting
But when there's a lull in conversation, she stands up in her chair (she can barely see over the edge of the table, but it's fine), and calls out:]
I had just been assigned to a missing mammal case before I found myself here. As you can probably tell, it was...something very important I couldn't afford to be taken away from.
And grimly ironic, given our current circumstances...
[She's going to refrain from mentioning how her job is riding on this, and was only NOT fired because of pure, dumb luck.]

Did your questioning everyone at the profiles net you anything? [ their first day here, she means. ]

All I know is that the Wordsmith insisted that every profile was accurate, but I don't think any of you would have reason to lie to me about your information.
[Well. Most of you.]
