WEEK 2 Adelina and Kyrie Ushiromiya are dead. Regardless of how you felt about them and whether or not you mourned their passing, life goes on. It seems the Wordsmith intends to make good on the rules he's left for you all. Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Either way, it seems there's nothing to do but move on - or, perhaps, move down. Another door in that holding area near the elevator seems to have opened up, leading into a corridor and a stairwell that seems to lead you somewhere beneath the dormitories, and eventually onto a new floor altogether. Go ahead and explore all you like; after all, you did well at completing your lessons this past week. APPRENTICES REMAINING: 28

So whose would it be then?

I mean, if I was gonna have something totally at odds with a hardcore image it'd be Ribombee, not Clefable. It's probably Lusamine's.

[The Clefable does perk up at the name, at least!]

True... I can't really see Silver or Gold using something this... pink. It's like something Clover would use.

I'll take Clefable over to Lusamine myself, though.

I mean, I've heard that Weavile, the little guy I've got here --- [he gestures to the Pokeball on the table] --- can be bright pink, but it's pretty rare.

...and doesn't apply to this one, anyway.

Well what color are most of them?

[Pink isn't exactly a color you'd expect for most wildlife. She'll assume for now that Weavile isn't his either.]

They're usually black with kind of reddish pink feathery things on their ears, heads, and necks. So yeah, I can tell why there aren't many of the pink ones, because how loud can you possibly be.

I donno, being pink sounds like a good way to warn predators you're extremely dangerous.

[Again, almost exactly like Clover.]

Weavile are the predators, though --- and they tend to rely on stealth more than anything, so. You know.

So if that one on the table isn't yours either... who do you think takes care of it?

I'm pretty sure it's Silver's. He said he had one, anyway, and Gold doesn't, so. Pretty easy to narrow it down.

That does seem more like his style. Calm, but doesn't let up once it has the advantage...

Yeah, pretty much. He's also got a bunch of big heavy hitters, though, which seem a little less subtle, if you ask me.

Mass-wise or strength-wise?

I'd say both. I'm not super familiar with all of 'em, but one of them basically resembles heavy wrecking equipment.

[That doesn't seem very conducive to survival either.]

No, more like a wrecking ball. Like, we're talking heavy machinery demolitions here, not explosives demolitions.

...that's some other Pokemon, like Electrode, Weezing, and Forretress.

That was my second thought but I'm having problems imagining a crane-shaped lifeform.

I mean, there are some Pokemon with pretty long necks, but I don't think there's a crane Pokemon, yeah.

Clearly I'll just have to ask him myself about that.
