WEEK 2.
Adelina and Kyrie Ushiromiya are dead. Regardless of how you felt about them and whether or not you mourned their passing, life goes on. It seems the Wordsmith intends to make good on the rules he's left for you all. Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Either way, it seems there's nothing to do but move on - or, perhaps, move down. Another door in that holding area near the elevator seems to have opened up, leading into a corridor and a stairwell that seems to lead you somewhere beneath the dormitories, and eventually onto a new floor altogether. Go ahead and explore all you like; after all, you did well at completing your lessons this past week. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week two of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]
kitchen!
[ ... He's probably one of the people here who do not know Pokemon are a thing, that's for sure. ]
no subject
These are the creatures of my world, known as Pokemon! These darlings in particular are Clefable, and Lilligant--dears, this is Mr. Munechika. He is one of the people in this experiment with us.
[Both Pokemon wave their hands in greeting.]
I trust that the morning is treat you well?
no subject
[ Mikazuki waves back to the cute Pokemon, before passing Lusamine the usual, friendly smile of his own. ]
Well, it has, although only because I've finally gotten used to the sound of a clock to get me to rise up early. But, with that said, I assume this morning has treated you just fine as well?
no subject
[Good on him, as far as she's concerned.]
Indeed. Well...as well as a morning in this wretched place can go. But I have my darlings alongside me, so I do not feel as alone as I once did. I would like to think that counts for something.
no subject
[ It's taken about two weeks but he's finally adjusted...somewhat!! He still sometimes walks into walls when he just gets up. It's terrible. ]
Well, I'm glad you have your friends beside you, either way.
no subject
[She doesn't know as much as she'd like about the people here, granted.]
no subject
[ Mikazuki liked fighting as much as he liked relaxation-- he supposed he just had more of a chance to do the latter of the two. ]
But, when there was a sortie, that was when I got to work, so to speak.
no subject
[That causes her to pause for a moment. She remembers some of the stuff on the profile, at least, but you know...]
Do you perchance serve an army, then? Are sorties some kind of fight?
no subject
Well, yes, I serve a Master. Whatever order my Master wishes, I will follow it.
[ ... ]
Typically a sortie is a fight, yes, and when I will be sent out, I expect it'll be with five others or less, depending on how big the threat currently is.
no subject
Still, she...does catch that at least.]
I see. I would never have taken you the sort. You seem like a peaceful individual.
no subject
Well, a lot of people here seem to be the type to be 'more than meets the eye', I think. Although, it helps that I don't go around broadcasting such things, doesn't it?
[ Here he'll give a carefree laugh. ]
no subject
I suppose that is true. Especially in a place like this, where secrecy does seem to be a useful attribute...
[Lusamine chuckles a bit.]
It offers a different perspective.
no subject
That it does.
I'd say the only time it's not useful is when it's being used against us, concerning the lack of information given about how we've been brought here.
no subject
[Lusamine shakes her head.]
It's very disconcerting, that he believes such things will work.
no subject
[ ..... ]
He is probably even enjoying playing his part as well. Of course, my judgment can be premature, but I don't think he'd be doing this if he didn't get something out of it.
no subject
[Lusamine's expression quirks a bit at that.]
Are you saying that what we see right now may not even be his true face?
no subject
[ Such speculation is only natural he supposes since they have the time to do it. ]
I suppose it occurred to me due to the fact that he's so insistent on hiding his physical appearance from all of us, and I did not quite think it had to do with him fearing for his life, considering one of the rules after all.
no subject
That's truly an interesting way to look at it. I haven't interacted with him much, short of our very first encounter with him, but...perhaps you are onto something. And perhaps he's as fake as they come.
[Still...]
It's only a possibility, however. We must be prepared for both ends.
no subject
[ His tone is light and jovial here, but he does hope they'll come out on top of this. It's only natural, really. ]
