[That's the note that gets slid under everyone's doors after such a somber and saddening trial; it's not like it's going to be a big ordeal anymore given how few of them there are, but that doesn't mean that they should spend it alone.

The location of their setup is the greenhouse! ...The greenhouse has had a new addition; there is a massive blanket fort set up using an absurd amount of rope, blankets, and duct tape. The blankets span across three trees to make a considerable amount of space roughly shaped like a triangle for them to hang out under. Under the fort is a small pile of scissors taken from the sewing and art rooms. Next to them are a couple of flower crowns. They're relatively simple and don't involve many different flowers, but they're good examples of what the pile of scissors are there for.

There's also food, of course; a blanket is laid out on the floor with a large set of plates, a massive amount of eggs and rice, some of Elda's spicy fries, and... Sandwiches. Jasper's made everyone sandwiches, and the sandwiches are absolutely absurd in size due to how many cold cuts she's stacked into them. But don't worry! They aren't all meat. There's a lot of mustard, too. Luckily, they're still of a reasonably edible size.]

Watanuki's room

[The door does open eventually, and it's Watanuki mostly-dressed (no shoes and no sweater-vest, but everything else is there) with wet hair and a towel in his hands.]

Can you calm down already? I'm right here!

[feistytrader]

[...Well, that gets him to pause for a moment, at least.]

I thought you were ignoring me.

[Whoops-]

There's a lot of people I do plan on ignoring for a while, but you'really not one of them.

[He will step aside so Silver and the pokemon can come in though. And if Silver looks closely enough, he will be able to see that Watanuki's eyes are red and a little swollen. He's not crying now, but he was not too long ago.]

[feistytrader]

And here I thought you were gonna be as pissed at me as I am at you.

[He says that after he and the Pokémon step in. It's casual enough, despite his words, and he sits down on the floor. Weavile and Aibo set food down on Watanuki's desk, then get cozy on the bed.]

[Well he was going to say something about not staying angry for long, but.]

Why in the world are you angry at me?

[feistytrader]

...You seriously have no idea?

[Of course he wouldn't, Watanuki's an idiot-]

In case you didn't notice, I have been a little distracted today.

[And he's an idiot.]

I noticed.

[Fine. He pulls out a sharpie.]

Hold out your hand.

[foundfate]

[He sees that sharpie yo.]

Why? What do you think I'm going to write?

Something about why you're angry at me. Probably something related to the trial.

Just use your words and tell me.

Fine, but I'm writing it, too. Since it obviously didn't get though your thick skull the first time, I doubt it's going to this time, either.

You are loved. You're deeply cared for by many people here, both dead and alive. If anything happens to you, we're all going to be really upset. Saying stuff like "you should have picked me instead" is stepping on the feelings of everyone around you. You're saying that we don't value your well-being. That we wouldn't miss you just as much as Orihime. It's not okay if you die. You can be as angry as you want, but you don't get to act like your life doesn't matter.

And I am so damn tired of that attitude. Out of you, out of Hanyuu, out of Gold... Out of myself, too. I'm not forgiving you for that, no matter how selfish and hypocritical it is.

[foundfate]

[That was. Not the right thing to say at all right now actually, if Watanuki's face is anything to go by. He listens to everything Silver has to say, waiting patiently for him to finish. And when he speaks, it's actually in an even tone, despite the glare he's giving Silver.]

Are you done?

[feistytrader]

Yeah, I'm done.

[He didn't hear a word he said, did he?]

[foundfate]

[oh, he absolutely did. He just wanted to make sure Silver was done before he spoke.]

Silver. You are my friend, and I appreciate everything you do. But I don't need to ask your permission to be upset about my girlfriend dying. I don't need the okay from you to wish that I could have done something to save her. And I definitely don't need a lecture from you on the value of my life when I wasn't even devaluing my life in the first place.

And if you can't understand that, or if you're not willing to, then you should leave. Because I care about you, and I don't want to get in a fight with you.

[feistytrader]

[...There's not a lot he wants to say to that, really. What he really wants to do is beat him up. Yell at him. Do anything he can to get him to understand.]

I never said that you couldn't be upset about it. I wouldn't deny anyone that.

[He gets up and pulls out a letter- it's Orihime's letter to Watanuki- and sets it on Watanuki's desk. He recalls Aibo and beckons Weavile along. And he heads towards the door.]

If what you just said is true, you say very different things than what you mean, Watanuki.

[Not Kibo, but Watanuki. He doesn't slam the door as he heads out.]

[WELL FINE BE LIKE THAT Watanuki will just take the letter and read it and go bother Silver later.]

Part 2: in the chemistry lab

[foundfate]

[SO ABOUT THAT LATER THING...

Watanuki's greeting to Silver is to storm into the chemistry lab and throw something at Silver's head.

That something is actually a pillow. Which he may have dragged with him from his room. Because he's dumb like that.]

[feistytrader]

[Silver... Stands there and takes it, and makes sure the pillow falls down before he turns around.]

Do you want me to lose my fingers?

[He just. Gestures to all the ice bomb chemicals.]

[foundfate]

Your fingers are fine! And don't ever call me Watanuki again!

[He actually wasn't thinking about the dangers of the chem lab whoops]

He swipes the pillow off of the floor and charges his way out of the chem lab before someone does lose some fingers and slams Watanuki with the pillow. Hope you brought two.]

Yeah? does that piss you off?

[He actually did not, so he will get absolutely slammed by that pillow. Not knocked down, thankfully, but obviously hit and annoyed by it. And he's grabbing for the pillow because he is totally unarmed now.]

Yes, it does! You don't get to go back on friendships like that!

[feistytrader]

Who the hell said anything about going back on our friendship, dumbass? I'm not using any nicknames when I'm pissed off at you!

[...There's only one pillow. He's letting Watanuki have it and bolting up the stairs.
