That's how Xerxes used to be, I think, before it disappeared - it was on a trade route between Xing and...god, it must have been Aerugo back then? Aerugo and Ishval, somewhere in there.

Granted, Ishval isn't much of a country anymore.

[He tips the brandy glass over onto its side, holding onto it and balancing it lightly on the rim of the rocks glass such that none of the alcohol falls out; he takes the matches and proceeds to ignite the alcohol before picking up the brandy glass by its stem and swirling it around a bit, then pouring it into the rocks glass, creating a veritable small waterfall of blue fire cascading down as it goes.

Once it's poured out he covers the rocks glass with the brandy snifter, letting the flames burn for a while, eating at the alcohol still lightly coating the snifter before it starts to die out a bit from the lack of oxygen.]


Let it burn out, and then take the top glass off and breathe the fumes in before you drink it. It's worth the wait.
