WEEK 9.

WEEK 9

The only two deaths this past week were due to rule violations; Bruce Wayne and Kimihiro Watanuki have joined the deceased. The deceased, however, still seem to be among you - that is, if Noir is to be believed.

Either way, one thing is clear: for the first time in two months, a week has passed where no one has murdered.

With no trial, Saturday is relatively quiet. On Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

Once again, there are no new floors available to you; is this a good sign, or just claustrophobic? Either way, the air has been seeming a little heavier nowadays, despite the lack of murder - but who knows, maybe it's all in your head.

[OOC: Welcome to week nine of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!

If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

Oh it's just awful here!

There's no bats, I can't even erase memories, and most importantly everyone's blood just tastes mediocre, even someone I know should be delicious and my lover's! It's wretched.

[ Her writing got a bit more hurried and sloppy by the end there. ]

It is! I'm glad you can understand!

[ . . . Or maybe it's just a sympathetic book, but. ]

Well a book has to have their own problems too, right?! So come on, let's hear them!

Read them!

Twenty-two people are dead.

Well twenty people and two animals

But the animals are like people-animals.

And some of the people were like demons or aliens but those are still people I'm pretty sure these days.
matchbreaker: (She-Hulk!)

Thirty. There were thirty people here two months ago.

It really is, yes.

I didn't think much of it when during the first week Ushiromiya killed Adelina. I didn't even want to get whoever killed the princess killed up until I realized that ending the "class" would kill everyone except the winner.

And then in the second week, that fish girl smashed up the guy with the fake horns. Then that rat bastard Kira murdered Chiyuki in the third. The Gold and Silver killed Kimbley the next week, but we only needed to kill Gold because he technically did the last hit. Silver's still alive. And then next week, the cooking demon went nuts and killed Viktor and the dwarf.

During all that time the animals blew themselves up and Angela and Milla got killed for sleeping.

Then Gangrel killed Phi and Vanille. I thought that'd be the end of it with twelve of us left, but then Wordsmith threatened the souls of the dead, and Mikazuki decided to up and stab Orihime to stop that. And finally just the other day this whacko named Bruce and the bean sprout tried to kill Wordsmith and got killed for it.

So there it is.

Twenty-two.

[ THAT WAS SUCH A RAMBLING. Her penmanship got a little worse. ]

Do you really not know anything important abut Wordsmith or shadows or Noir or dead people or golden keys or lockboxes or the building we're in or gummy tails or anything else like that?
acherontiastyx: yeah. (oh.)

[personal profile] acherontiastyx 2017-03-20 10:46 pm (UTC)(link)
oh she's an ai of some kind? that makes sense. she's not really like the pokemon that seem kinda like objects.

pretty wild ai though. dang.
acherontiastyx: that angry teen boy vibe (something something tried so hard)

[personal profile] acherontiastyx 2017-03-20 10:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, I like spraypainting, so it's... pretty much the same thing.

...

But anyway. I just wanted to see if this would help get it out of my head. Plus it looks cool. I'm not gonna deny that.

[brushstroke, brushstroke...]

Oh. You're okay. I think? You're super not dead.
feistytrader: (okay then)

[personal profile] feistytrader 2017-03-20 11:12 pm (UTC)(link)
This one's strong too.

[He pulls out the vodka!]

It tastes gross, though.

[He's on a quest for something... Well, tasty.]

If I'm gonna do this, I want it to taste good.
acherontiastyx: yeah. (oh.)

[personal profile] acherontiastyx 2017-03-20 11:16 pm (UTC)(link)
are they a wizard of some kind? sounds kinda like magic. or sufficiently advanced technology, which is just fuckin' magic.
acherontiastyx: following a pretty but unstable woman into an interdimensional vagina (hell yeah i'll jump right in.)

[personal profile] acherontiastyx 2017-03-20 11:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Isn't everyone? Man, Saturday was pretty great.

How are things on the memory front, by the way? Do you know how your friend's doing, or...?
acherontiastyx: yeah. (oh.)

[personal profile] acherontiastyx 2017-03-20 11:44 pm (UTC)(link)
huh. who was this person. i mean. are they dead, i guess.
acherontiastyx: and we've got no principles (too cool for trainer school)

[personal profile] acherontiastyx 2017-03-20 11:55 pm (UTC)(link)
