Final Investigation.

The Wordsmith's message earlier this week was an ominous one; try as one might, it's difficult to ignore completely, especially with such few details provided to the group. "The end" is such a vague description; however, it does mean one thing, and that's the promise that all of this will come to a close, one way or another. He's promised you one other thing, however – that being that the only way to leave the building is by way of Rule Seven. The chimes ring out, as they always do, on Friday morning; a thorough check of the building will bring with it the realization that no one has died as of last night. There are no bodies to be found in any of the rooms; Kageshirou remains in the foyer, but in general it doesn't seem that anything has changed. However, it's plain that you're all getting restless, and perhaps understandably so; there's only one thing to do in that sort of circumstance, isn't there? After all, you've gotten good at this game; you know what happens on Fridays around here. There are a lot of places to check; just as a bit of advice, you might want to start on the lowest floor first. Other than that, however? You're on your own. Best of luck to you. >Explore?

It looks like a bedroom, actually - there's a neatly-made bed and the rest of the room looks like it belongs to someone.]

[Between the two of you, you'll eventually come across a light switch on the wall a little further in! Congrats, guys, it seems like you're looking at a chapel given the pews and raised area in the front. This isn't an exact replica of the other one, however. There are definitely some noticeable differences.]

[Sportacus will be relieved and you will be disappointed to hear that there do not appear to be kidneys, just based off what you can see from the doorway.

There do, however, appear to be shards of broken and twisted scrap metal absolutely fucking everywhere, so you might want to watch your step.]

[There is indeed a desk! You'll notice that just like the rest of the room, it's absurdly neat and tidy. In fact, if it weren't for the bed and the lack of dust, this place would probably look almost unused.

The desk doesn't have anything on top of it or anything to note immediately. Are you going to try to go through the drawer?]

Fortunately, having your clothes melded to your body means that Jasper is wearing shoes at all times.]

[The most obvious difference comes in the form of the pews. Unlike the ones in the other chapel, these look like they've been scorched and sort of beat up. It doesn't look like they'll break if you touch them or anything, but they're definitely not in the best shape.]

As it stands, it looks like this place is a workshop of some kind. Sort of like the one upstairs, but there's decidedly more metal lying around than there should be, given that the one upstairs is woodworking.

[The inside of the desk drawer is also neat! There's some paper and pens in there, but more importantly, there are some shards in here. They look pretty, sort of like jewels, maybe?]

[The ones near the back (where you guys presumably still are) don't have anything of note, but there are a good amount of them. Are you going to check them all?]

[...Well, Silver has gloves. He's gonna reach in to take the shards out so they can get a better look.]

[....Huh. That's unusual. She'll pick up one of the scrap pieces of metal because she doesn't fear tetanus apparently. Does it look like it comes from something in particular, or does it look like it's just scrap metal that was thrown to the ground for some reason?]

[They're definitely shards of some kind! Yep. That's about all you can get from them.]
