A fallout shelter.. like the ones built almost a century ago.
[ well, almost a century for pearl, but probably pretty fresh for gabriel. ]
It certainly isn't dissimilar. This place was built to be sturdy, and as far as I can tell, there's no way in— or out.
[ a groan, at that. ]
