[The shape is actually hard to discern, though it looks like some places either took a harder hit than others or are otherwise reasonably shallow puncture wounds - not like she was stabbed in the head with a knife or something, more like whatever hit her probably had a sharper edge to it on one side.
Most of the blood is dry; while there's a decent amount of it on the keys, though, there isn't nearly enough there considering that she had her head turned toward the piano.
