WEEK 3.
As the second week draws to a close, two more have joined the deceased. Christo and Alani are dead, leaving twenty-six of you remaining. It may not seem like very many have died, but their absence will certainly be felt. Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Just like last week, a door in the stairwell has opened, leading you down further into the building; there are more rooms open to you down there - possibly even one that you'll find personally interesting. Go ahead and explore all you like; after all, you did well at completing your lessons this past week. APPRENTICES REMAINING: 25 |

[OOC: Welcome to week three of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

Having fun?

... Also Viktor is kind of illegally attractive, reclining against the wall, Gold doesn't like it. Polibo'll wave though! Hi Viktor!]
Tons. This is the first time in weeks I've felt so good, considerin' the situation.
[Kidnapped, forced to kill or be killed, etc etc.]
Guess havin' something familiar really helps after all.

I wish we had an ice rink in here; this situation would be a lot more bearable if I could skate. But we got a bar, and that's almost as good as a rink.

[... him and silver may have gotten into some alcohol earlier. maybe.]
Are you that fond of drinkin'?
no subject
And yes. I love a good drink.

[what's the problem what's a quad why can't you do it without proper skates and a rink]

The six most common jumps in figure skating can be divided into two categories - toe jumps and edge jumps. In toe jumps, you take off by digging in the toe pick on the front of the blade. Edge jumps don't involve any toe-pick movement and skaters essentially only use their momentum and knee bend to launch.
Doing any of these jumps without skates is like trying to play pool without a cue stick.

You really know your stuff, huh. Guess that explains why you're a coach.
[Even with your receding hairline. Did you get that from stress or is it because you're Russian.]
Can't say something like that's real big in Johto, considerin' the only real icy place we've got is the Ice Path, but I figure in the region north of us they've probably a big thing about it! It's all snow up there, I'm pretty sure. [snow doubt about that] What's figure skatin' like?

[ leave his receding hairline alone, pls... ]
It's a beautiful, elegant sport, but it's also extremely difficult and requires strength, balance, speed, agility and grace. It takes a lot of dedication and passion to be successful and it's often outright painful because you're going to fall a lot before you can master the jumps.

Think you could teach me a little if we get a rink? Sounds kinda fun.
[HE'S NOT INTO SPORTS AT ALL, BUT IT SOUNDS FUN? it sounds fun.]

If you somehow win, I'll hatch and raise a Poliwag just for you! Make sure it turns into a Politoed and everything! And when I win... I'll figure out something later. Deal?
