WEEK 3 As the second week draws to a close, two more have joined the deceased. Christo and Alani are dead, leaving twenty-six of you remaining. It may not seem like very many have died, but their absence will certainly be felt. Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Just like last week, a door in the stairwell has opened, leading you down further into the building; there are more rooms open to you down there - possibly even one that you'll find personally interesting. Oh, hello, Wayne-san! I am, with this cooking book over here! It talks all about baking and gives really good recipes!

[ She gives him a little wave, too! ] What are you up to?

I'm trying to keep myself my mind occupied, though I was planning on getting something to eat while I'm in here.

[He nods, a hand heading into his jacket pocket.]

This week especially has gotten me a little on edge.

[introspects]

...Ah, right...

[ The motive. That's...it must be hitting others harder than it's hit her. She frowns, slowly setting down the cookbook, trying to think of how she can help. ]

Um, would you like me to make you something? I know this week has been really tough on a lot of people, so...I'd like to help, if I can.

[byday]

It's alright.

[He smiles, it's a nice offer, but he's not the type to accept meals from strangers. Especially here.]

I appreciate the offer, though.

[introspects]

Alright. That's no problem.

[ Hey man no need to worry she's a cinnamon roll; but she understands. ]

...I'm sorry about your secret, by the way. Nobody should have to go through something so...so terrible.

It happened a long time ago.

[He goes rummaging through the cabinets as he speaks, mostly out of idle boredom.]

I miss them every day. There's not much more to it than that.

[introspects]

I...I see.

[ Orihime...was never close to her parents. It was a terrible situation that she and her brother had to flee from. But she can't imagine how painful it must have been. ]

Still...I think that's a really terrible thing for Wordsmith-san to use against you, to motivate you to do something horrible.

Not out of character for him. If he's resorting to blackmail, maybe he's running out of ideas.

[introspects]

He probably knows that most of us wouldn't resort to such a thing... That's why he's giving us incentives. So something happens.

[byday]

If he's hoping for that, I hope the rest of the class disappoints him.

Still, given the way things are going, it might be wise to keep an eye open.

[introspects]

O-Of course! I mean...especially after this week, it's...it's good to be especially careful... With the motives around, even people who normally wouldn't resort to those kinds of things...could...

[byday]

...I'm sure things will be okay. I'm sorry if I frightened you. I like to see the best in people, but it's been a little difficult here.

[introspects]

No no, there's nothing to be sorry about, Wayne-san.

[ She's just...overly optimistic in general, as others have pointed out-- ]

It's okay to be wary. In fact, I should probably be more careful myself, haha! Especially considering what's happened in the past two weeks... And with the stakes so high, you never know what someone might do...

I'd like to say I believe it won't happen again. But with everything thats been going on, it never hurts to be careful.

...Though perhaps we should discuss something a bit more uplifting.

[introspects]

Ah, sure! Something more uplifting, like--hmm...

[ HMM... ] Do you want me to decorate your profile, Wayne-san?

Well! I put flowers and sparkles around mine, and I drew some skulls for Guzma-san!

[ What would a man like Wayne-san want... ] Ooh! I can draw money around yours! Give it some bling!

[He can't help but let out a loud chuckle at this.]

Hah! Seems like you know me quite well.

[introspects]

Ahaha, well, you're a salaryman, right? It's only fitting for someone like you!

I'm impressed! I can't wait to see what you do with it.

So. When Bruce ends up looking at his profile, he'll see little pieces of duct tape ripped out with dollar signs on them around his portrait. Around the entire profile are longer pieces of duct tape with cute little bills drawn on them...but the faces of the presidents are replaced with Japanese emojis.
