WEEK 2.
Two people are gone from the group. Zagi and Kamui are dead, twenty-five of you are still alive, and the first week in the Vault comes to a close. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning, those klaxons are as annoying as ever but at the very least there aren't any bodies to be found. It can be assumed, perhaps, that you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... However, those weird dreams aren't the only new thing around here; one of the previously closed-off section near the vending machine has opened up, revealing a spiral staircase leading up to the next floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it your reward for a job well done. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week two of Trustfell! Save your threads for coins and the coming week's activity check; don't forget to check in to this week's activity check and submit your memory regains!
The text and calling posts are still active, for the sake of contacting the jerk who's keeping you here, to be used at your leisure!]
Art Room
[Please tell me he drew Cherryblod because this sounds hilarious.]
Re: Art Room
Stuff going through my mind right now, mostly people. It is just to pass the time.
[Well it isn't bad art and it isn't really something to be embarrassed about. It is just he is not used on there being interest, much less from somebody he actually did draw.
Yes, there is a drawing from you, shrimpy.]
no subject
Not bad. My antennae aren't quite that long, but it's pretty good.
no subject
Uh, yeah, maybe I got a bit overboard with them. Now that I notice those aren't trailing on the floor.
There is also another one under that one, but eeeh...
[If Cherryblod turns the page he will find what is at least identifiable as a lobster. A tad badly drawn -lobsters are hard subjects, okay - but it really IS a giant lobster, just like Cherryblod had said it'd be in the first day. Cherryblod is apparently on its back, more akin to the size of a flea than to his real size.
To a side Mouri seems to have written a little thought:
'A giant lobster for wife. How is that supposed to be like?'
Looks like he at least at some point got the memo of Cherryblod not having a disguise, huh]
no subject
He turns the paper over, and chuckles.]
She's not quite that much bigger than me.
[That would make certain things difficult for them, like having a daughter.]
no subject
[Feet, meters, same thing. You know that, right?]

[Mouri takes the sketchbook back and flips to a new page. Yeah, seems like he is already working on a new one, based on that little correction]
It is still a bit weird to hear somebody I know is married to a lobster. You have no idea how I reacted when I was told you were a real shrimp.
[It may have been offscreen but at least it is guaranteed to have contained a loud 'WHAAAAT?!' because how did he not think of that]
no subject
[He thinks it's pretty obvious. His tail moves and everything.]
no subject
[Shrug]
I had no reason at all to think you were a real shrimp, okay?
[He is a bit...defensive about that, curiously]

[Although...walking around with the costume on would make it a public thing, but eh]

[Christ on a cracker, Cherryblod, you can't fire such observation just like that!
But yeah, Mouri has dropped the sketchbook in surprise. Seems like the thought hadn't really crossed his mind and he really doesn't want to think any further]
no subject
You know what. Never mind.
[This is an awkward conversation, to say the least.]
no subject
[And you people blame him for jumping to conclusions! Egads!
Mouri picks up the sketchbook, seeing the lobster again. Now he can't avoid wondering for just a moment how the heck Cherryblod and the giant lobster had a daughter, so Mouri loathes himself for even thinking about that for a second.
He doesn't look at Cherryblod, as if he feared that fleeting thought is written on his expression.]
Either way, did anyone believe you were a shrimp as soon as you met them?
no subject
Yes, actually. Several people.
[...Granted, this does include Mettaton and the King, but anyway.]
no subject
[Normal is subjective, of course]
Being here in the Vault at least has shown me stuff I would have never seen otherwise. It wouldn't be so bad if the threat of murder wasn't around. New things broaden the mind.

[Mouri doesn't really sees himself in one, though, and it isn't like he'll do much effort to create one.]
