WEEK 5
Three more have joined the deceased this past week. Taichi Yagami was punished for breaking a rule, Megumi Sakura was killed, and Norman Bates... well, the less said about Norman, the better.

A third of you are dead now; your losses are becoming more and more evident with each passing week.

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not...

Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible fifth floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you'll probably need the distraction after the last trial.

[It wouldn't do for Misa's efforts to go to waste, after all, if they didn't show up. And besides: food. Food. And from the looks of it, it is good looking food that, quite frankly, Sigrun is going to have both portions of since Mettaton can't eat anyway.

But uh.

Doesn't make her feel any less weird? Yeah. Fancy is just not her thing.]

Pigtails reaaaally outdid herself. I guess. I don't think I've ever sat down at something so fancy before, anyway, back home all the tables are long and filled to the brim with people. You can't move your arms without bumping into someone!

[...Goodness lord, Misa. "She really outdid herself" is right; he can't even eat this but he can tell when someone has done well, and she did really well.]

It reminds me a bit of the resort, actually - I own a restaurant there that specializes in nicer things like this.

It's a good thing to be reminded of, though.

[And, you know, since it's something she can't really experience as far as the Underground goes, it's nice that she can have something sort of similar, but that's kind of an awkward as hell thing to just say and it's not like he's particularly emotionally competent today.]

[When are you ever emotionally competent, Mettaton, though that would be awkward even by the standards here.

... But if this is what the resort-restaurant is like back where he's from, then he's definitely more used to it than her and that makes her feel a little better, actually, she can just follow his lead on everything. It's gonna be really obvious she's used to not this though.]

You're not gonna have this kind of thing in Dalsnes, so I'd enjoy it while you can! Think they've got some nice things in Sweden though. I wouldn't mind spending time in places like that as long as you're there. I guess.

Ooh - I'd like that, actually! As much as I love the place back home, it isn't like I spend much time there myself. My schedule is usually too busy for that, so...

I'm going to miss performing like that, don't get me wrong. But I'm looking forward to seeing everything you've been telling me about.

Well, actually, about your whole performing thing! I know that everyone back home won't mind having a new show-stopper if you'd be willing to lend your... unique talents to the floor.

You'd be a nice change of pace for us during the summer months. And then the rest of the year, I'll treat you to every sight we've got left in the world.

It's really good, having all of this to look forward to - performing for humans is all I've ever wanted, actually, even more than seeing the surface in and of itself. It...means a lot to me, all of it.
