Final Investigation.

You've all done very well to make it this far, but it's not over yet. The klaxons blare out today, as they always do – there's no reason they should do any differently, not least of which because it's a Thursday; strange things usually don't happen around here until Fridays, and there's no reason to think that today will be any different. But as soon as you awaken and get a glimpse of what's happening down that first-floor corridor, it becomes very apparent that that's far from the case. The usual rooms on the eastern wing of the first floor are gone entirely, replaced by more of that glossy black that coats the courtroom; it's a little vertigo-inspiring at first, but it's not dangerous. Of more interest, then, is probably those three rooms that seem to be waiting for you – one to the north, two to the south. Choose where you're going to go. Look around for a while. What else are you going to do, after all? >Explore?

If anybody's not up immediately at the klaxons - Yosuke, that means you - Cherryblod will wake them by incessant knocking on their door until they get the hell up.

So. Obviously we're investigating now. Does anyone have a preference about who with?

[Stan's room is right near the end of the hallway, so he's one of the first to arrive. He stops still and stares.]

...yeah, this is what I wanted to deal with without coffee.

Maybe they just remodeled the kitchen and there's a brand new coffee maker.

But probably not.

[No worries here, Bruce has been up before the klaxons... although he hadn't come out until after them. And that was probably a wise decision too.

Anyway, with all of them gathered and having to face... this sudden transformation...]

[Speedwagon's right behind him. Seeing as the klaxon will always have a one hundred percent success rate with freaking him out, he was wide awake to say the least now.]

We should probably have relatively even teams, so that's two groups of three and one group of four. And we should probably split up the smarter people, in case we run into... sciencey things.

If we're splitting up, I'll head off with the captain. [He tilts his head in Sigrun's direction, just to make it clear who that was..] If that's alright.

We've already done a fair bit of investigating together. [and look at how well that went!]

That's reasonable. And since Black and Captain Eide are still together, I'd say they should be the team of four.

[Needless to say Colress was a little concerned about the frantic knocking while he was still trying to get ready to face the day.

...Thankfully there's no body to be found, but this is still alarming. He's glad he brought all of his important belongings along with him. Who knows where these rooms will lead?]
