And apparently that's all it takes, though what that actually does isn't something that happens all at once - rather, panels slide out from the wall, forming a staircase up to that balcony they've been standing on. Mettaton doesn't really wait for the others to join them; he just leaves back through that section of wall they entered from, calling something back over his shoulder. "We've got another room to work from back here, darlings, this shouldn't take too long to work out." >Follow?

Well, my second biggest problem is that I have to find it. I don't know where it is or who has it, but, even if I don't use it, I don't trust anyone other than Light with it. So that's what I need to do when I get home. ...But the Kira thing is on indefinite hiatus, yes.

...Besides, the Mastermind did it, so it felt like something I was supposed to do. I did a lot of that, actually.

Yep. But I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing. Mettaton's the actor, not me. So I decided to copy some of what he did to seem professional enough for you guys! Keeping up that kind of speech was pretty boring though.
