It's a facility sort of like this! Technology-wise. It's less atmospherically terrible? It's like someone actually knew how to decorate over there.

There's also a massive portal in there that you probably can't miss, as well as various things to play with for the sake of setup. I'm pretty sure all of our execution holograms and the like are still calibrated in there, among other things.
