First.
| The past five days have come and gone, though exactly how easily they've done so is debatable; some have been trying to press onward in their optimism and faith that things will get better, while some seem convinced that things will only go downhill from here. However people have chosen to see it, though, clearly this week hasn't been all bad – after all, attempts at encouraging unity among the group seem to have been at least reasonably successful. ...Seem to have been. Friday dawns like the rest of the week before it – the clock chimes the hour at seven, the doors to the kitchen and the mail room unlock, and the building is quiet. It would seem that maybe the night passed reasonably quietly – were it not for the large red smears on the walls and floor of the southeastern side of the dormitory. It looks like somebody decided to be a damn overachiever and took some initiative of their own. >Explore? |

Well, now that we've safely established that there are a hell of a lot of tomatoes in here, Silver's looking around for some other out of place food products on the counter or stove. Surely no one would straight up eat a bowl of raw canned tomatoes, right?]
no subject
Nope, there doesn't seem to be any other out of place food products! There is still something else in the kitchen area, though!]

NO I'M JUST KIDDING.
Where do you want to look next?]
no subject
What about the logical opposite of the ceiling? How about the floor?]
no subject
Nope, nothing on the floor either!]

Someone has a knife.

What kind?
[There are a lot of knife types, okay.]

[He pulls out the knife block and shows it to her, because as a kid that lives in the woods, he's probably not the best versed in fine cutlery.]
no subject
So what size is the slot with the missing knife? Or does it matter at all? It probably does not.]
no subject
[... boy, waffles are great.]
no subject
[And hahahahah he is not going anywhere near a body today.]

[After shooting a look at the remaining party in the kitchen, he nodded to himself and stepped out, evidence in hand. It'd be helpful eventually, he figured.]

It's enough to get him to quiet down, at least.]

[....... Well, shit. That's making these fun sprinkles on these waffles a lot less fun.]
Alright.
