i'll wait, so show me why you're strong
[ Generally, people need time to cope and gather themselves after a... thing... like that. Unfortunately, that's not how Vanille sees it. Her thing is avoid, and once she gets out of that hellhole that's the courtroom, she makes her way to the supplies closet, then to the library. She spends some time setting up things, pushing things aside to make room. Once she's finished, and she's met up with the Party Brigade, she makes enough invitations for everyone. She slips them under everyone's doors, or hands them out if she sees someone walking around.

Inside the library, there are candles set up to provide some soft, comforting lighting. There are pots of tea, courtesy of Mercy, pancakes made by Viktor, and books (picked out by Estelle, of course) laid out on the surrounding tables. The others have provided their own touches, and Vanille's even managed to make something: sugar cookies, which are actually very good. They're flavored lightly with all sorts of flavors--not all in the same cookie, okay--and each plate is marked with whatever flavor she's put in them.
After a successful trial, it's healthy to indulge, right? Let's mingle. ]

[ His wings flare and for a second he looks like he's just going to attempt to slam through the nearest wall.]
I'll kill him no matter what!!
no subject
[She doesn't like killing, not one bit, but when it's the last resort... she understands it's necessary.]
no subject
[ He should not be talking about this, and he tries to compose himself.]
It's why I need to get back.
no subject
[She moves close to him, attempting to grab his hands and look into his eyes. Yes, she's pleading.]
no subject
I won't. This has nothing to do with any of you, and I'm not killing anyone because he wants me to.
maybe if i could differentiate between threads....
[She holds on to his hands firmly, giving them a bit of a shake.]
We don't need more needless violence and killing here.
i saw nothing!
I've seen enough of that already.
/o/
Yes, we all have. So, let's find another peaceful solution to get out eventually. There must be a way.
no subject
Peaceful implies I won't punch the wordsmith when we find him.
no subject
[Or kill anyone in general...]

[She's about to say 'killing is wrong', but even that's not quite right.]
...because we shouldn't stoop to his level.
no subject
[ That just gets a weird type of shrug because he moves his wings with it too. I mean, you're talking to a demon here Estelle.]
no subject
I know you won't stoop to that level either. I understand that sometimes people kill others and it's a solution that saves many people, however, in this case, we can't even be sure that will save us!
no subject
You don't know anything about me.
no subject
It doesn't have anything to do with what I know or don't know about you! You're a kind person, Killia, and you've been nothing but kind to me. It's because of that that I know you won't do this!
no subject
Kind, huh?
I'm not going to kill any of you and that's all that matters.
[ And then he is totally leaving, but she can probably get a word in before he does if she wants.]
no subject
You shouldn't kill anyone if you don't have to.
