WEEK 2
Adelina and Kyrie Ushiromiya are dead.

Regardless of how you felt about them and whether or not you mourned their passing, life goes on. It seems the Wordsmith intends to make good on the rules he's left for you all.

Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

Either way, it seems there's nothing to do but move on - or, perhaps, move down. Another door in that holding area near the elevator seems to have opened up, leading into a corridor and a stairwell that seems to lead you somewhere beneath the dormitories, and eventually onto a new floor altogether.

Go ahead and explore all you like; after all, you did well at completing your lessons this past week.

The history revisionists, if they changed history it would affect more than that one person or event, wouldn't it?

Yes it would.

[ He tries to keep it light-hearted, so there's the smile, but there's no cheer, so there is that. ]

It could be from anything like causing a whole entire city to go up in flames to someone simply ceasing to exist just because of what they've done. Which, when you think about it, it's only natural that effects like that would happen.

So if an individual was related to someone who was erased...

[ There's a small pause on his part. ]

[ He will just wait here....and think.]

[ Mikazuki heads off, to make some green tea for them, and at some point, he makes the effort to quietly return, seeing if the man will notice, or ... ... ]

[ Well he's certainly very lost in thought so he doesn't notice. Like the other day, he appears to be talking about something to the air, though this time it's only one word rather than an entire conversation.]

[ Mikazuki figures he maybe shouldn't be snooping in, and he feels a little bad, so he doesn't wait for the man to say anymore and speaks up. ]

Ah, Killia, I've returned with our tea...

Oh, hey.

[ He nods and sits down on the floor crossed legged because comfort > manners.]

[ He holds out the tea to him. ]

... I'm afraid I must apologize a little, Killia. It seems I may have overheard you again saying something that was probably a bit private.

[ Even if it's just a name!! ]

[ Takes it and sips at the tea a little.]

[ Maybe some other time, but hey at least Mika has slightly more information about this mysterious person.]

Hm, sharing tea with others reminds me of something. Killia, would you like to listen to an old man's rambling? Or, well... you're the older one here, aren't you?

[ He'll give a smile here, a little amused at that as always. ]

I know demons live longer than humans, but I guess we live longer than swords too.

[ He still doesn't completely understand the sword concept, but seeing as there are talking glass bottles in the Netherwords, he's never thought too much on it. With that he'll take another sip of tea and wait for Mika to start, happy for just the distraction.]

It reminds me of the time I sat with Uguisumaru and a leaf fell into my green tea. It was a nice day outside, about mid-morning I believe, and we had been discussing the weather as well as any guesses as to when we may be sent onto a sortie. It was only a little bit after I had arrived in the citadel, and I'm sure that the birds were chirping as well...

The names of swords are usually long, huh?

[ As for the rest of the story he really doesn't mind, though he's not sure what the point of it is. Either way it lets him focus on something else.]

[ The point of it is to be a distraction, which Mikazuki is seeing it's working. It seems he's at least good for something. ]

Yes, they are. I'd say to call me 'old man', but you're older than I am.

Does this mean you're the one who is called 'gramps', now?

[ He makes a face, because that's honestly something he's not been called before umm. It's somewhere between amused and kind of insulted.]

I'm not old for a demon either, you know. Christo's older anyway.
