WEEK 2.
Adelina and Kyrie Ushiromiya are dead. Regardless of how you felt about them and whether or not you mourned their passing, life goes on. It seems the Wordsmith intends to make good on the rules he's left for you all. Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Either way, it seems there's nothing to do but move on - or, perhaps, move down. Another door in that holding area near the elevator seems to have opened up, leading into a corridor and a stairwell that seems to lead you somewhere beneath the dormitories, and eventually onto a new floor altogether. Go ahead and explore all you like; after all, you did well at completing your lessons this past week. |

[OOC: Welcome to week two of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

The medieval dress that she got from the vending machine! Given it's
probablyfitted for Adelina, it's way too big for her. Because Adelina is a tol and she is a smol, to use the lingo as the kids say it.And... ]
I'm trying to fit this for me.
no subject
I usually stick to repairs, and I can't guarantee the best job, but if no one else can adjust it, I don't mind giving it a try.
[It shouldn't be too difficult, right? Sewing is mostly just math and patience, after all.]

[ Waving her hand once more to the sewing machines ]
Plus with a dress like this no one can get them on by themselves.
[ So she'll need his or someone else's help for that... ]
no subject
[He goes to grab some scrap fabric that no one's going to miss and heads towards one of the sewing machines.]
Come on, I can show you the basics.
[...And help her out with the dress, maybe, but Elda seems like the type to appreciate independence before accepting help.]
no subject
she's also lazy so she wouldn't mind him just doing it, but she does smile briefly before getting into step next to the machine he's working on, crouching so that she might be level with it to watch how this trickery works.
It's so strange... ]
no subject
...At least it mostly gets caught on his glove and Silver stops himself quickly enough; he'd really rather not have a needle go straight through his finger, thank you.]
no subject
But all of that is secondary to snerk. ]
no subject
Holding his glove off of his hand makes it very clear that SILVER is sewn into the inside of it, though. Pretty lame, huh.]
no subject
A hand shots out to grab that glove.
Or try to. ]
no subject
What?
no subject
[ Said in a sing-son voice as he hand closes over the open air... ]
no subject
I lost my stuff a lot when I was younger. Big sis puts my name in my gloves out of habit now.
[That... Doesn't answer the question, and there's more to it, but he doesn't seem eager to share with the class.]

You have a big sister to head back to after all this, huh?
[ Not clear if this is an out or nosy... ]
no subject
[Blue's never gonna hear about any of this, if he can help it.]
no subject
[ Of course they won't all live.
But hey, she won't die. ]
no subject
no subject
She reaches out and because he probably had to sit to use the machine, she is able to pat him on the head... ]
What a good boy! You ought to appreciate that family!
no subject
I do. My family's really important to me. I'd do anything for big sis.
[Likes: his dad
Dislikes: his dad]
no subject
... She might recall it later ]
Good, good. [ And now backing off, putting a hand on her hip ]
I can see where this thing [ the sewing machine ] is faster, but it's still weird.
no subject
[...You know, he didn't mean to say it quite that bluntly, but-]
no subject
Come again?
no subject
[Uh.]
You're from the past. You're not used to this kind of stuff.
[Yeah, that seems safer.]
no subject
[ She nods ]
Back in my day you hired people to touch up dresses.
