WEEK 2.

WEEK 2 Adelina and Kyrie Ushiromiya are dead. Regardless of how you felt about them and whether or not you mourned their passing, life goes on. It seems the Wordsmith intends to make good on the rules he's left for you all. Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Either way, it seems there's nothing to do but move on - or, perhaps, move down. Another door in that holding area near the elevator seems to have opened up, leading into a corridor and a stairwell that seems to lead you somewhere beneath the dormitories, and eventually onto a new floor altogether. Go ahead and explore all you like; after all, you did well at completing your lessons this past week. APPRENTICES REMAINING: 28

[Okay, he'll trust you there Orihime.]

[Don't rely on Watanuki too much though, he has no idea what he is doing.]

[ Alright!! Let's do dis

She'll help her with holding the pieces together, grabbing any tools he needs, etc. She's never built something from scratch before but now is a good time to learn. She'd feel terrible for making him do this alone, anyway. ]

[foundfate]

[Two newbie builders, trying to build a stable rack. Well, it's the thought that counts, right?

After a half-hour of holding pieces together and jamming more nails into things, they finally have something that might resemble a kimono rack. Maybe. If you squint a little.

Watanuki steps back to look over their work.]

I think this should work, as long as it doesn't fall over again.

[introspects]

[ It's a lot of fiddling around, a lot of "new builder wat dis" going on, but they've at least managed to make...something. Something usable, hopefully, even if it looks a little janky. ]

Y...Yeah...! Look at that... We did it!

[ it's not perfect by any means but she's still pretty happy with their work! ]

[foundfate]

[They did it. They made A Thing.]

I suppose we should test it out.

[introspects]

...Right... We should. Um, you should do the honors, then!

[foundfate]

Ah, right. It's my kimono, so yeah.

[He'll just. Grab it and hang it up.

And then stand there and watch for a moment to see if it falls over.]

[introspects]

[ The verdict:

It's...not toppling over! So, that makes it a success? ]

[foundfate]

[It is!

For about 30 seconds. Then it collapses in on itself.]

The wood gods have forsaken us!

[introspects]

[ NO???? ]

How could they?! Ooh, and I thought my prayer was good, too!

[foundfate]

We didn't pray hard enough, I knew it!

[He'll be recovering his kimono from the wreckage, though. He doesn't want to get any rips in it.]

[introspects]

You think so? Then we have to pray even more next time! I'm ready for it!

[ BRING IT ON, WOOD GODS. ]

[foundfate]

We'll have to pray for a whole day, I think. Or maybe 108 hours, to be extra-sure.

...and we should get rid of this failure first, to start off on a good footing.

[introspects]

...Eeeeh?! A whole day?!

[ wait. ] Maybe--maybe we should hold off on it for now, then?! I need to get prepared and hydrate for this, especially if we're going for 108 hours! Ah!!

[foundfate]

Yeah, it can wait a few days. We'll need to set up in here too, just in case one of us doesn't make it the full 108 hours.

[He's. Not going to risk falling asleep outside of a bedroom okok.]

[introspects]

Okay, sounds like a great plan! Sleepover in Watanuki-kun's room next week!

[ Look at that, she's already setting the date! ]

...Are you sure you're okay with that, though?

[foundfate]

Well-

[It would be just him and her. In his room. Overnight.

Possibly with the door closed, so as to protect from potential murderers.]

L-let's invite Hanyuu to join us too.

[She's old as dirt she can be a chaperone.]

[introspects]

[ How scandalous, Watanuki...... ]

Ooh, alright! Hanyuu-san can help us out, too! She's a spirit, so she'll know all about prayers, I bet!

[ ALRIGHT. SLEEPOVER PARTY LET'S GO ]

[foundfate]

Yeah, exactly. She would know just what to do.

[And she would keep away any rumors of Watanuki and Orihime doing things. Because that's the last thing he needs here.]

[introspects]

Aha, good thinking, Watanuki-kun! Maybe she'll even know how to build things, too.

[ This is a totally innocent exchange!! Get your head out of the gutter son ]

[foundfate]

[He is a teenager, his mind naturally gravitates to the gutter.]

Y-yeah, I was thinking that too.

[Lies, she didn't know how to build it either.]
