[It... definitely takes a while for the weekly after-execution note to arrive, but it does --- kind of scrawly and on ripped paper rather than nice stationery.]

FOOD TOO. THE USUAL AND HOT COCOA. GOOD FOR THE SOUL. GET SOME. MAYBE TAKE IT BACK TO YOUR ROOM IF YOU HAVE TO. JUST GET SOME.

[Anyway, in the dining room, there's plenty of mugs set out, with a janky looking arrow sign pointing into the kitchen to where you can get your hot cocoa. On the table, there's Vichyssoise, a pot of green tea, and some booze. There's also a cookie tray on the floor away from the table on which to burn the Wordsmith and Kimbley effigies, which are handily placed near the food on the table.

...also if you go in the kitchen without shoes on just. Watch the northern corner. There's no kidneys, but there's a lot of broken plates there for some reason...]

It... still feels like it would be better if I didn't write it. These things are supposed to be positive. [Mostly positive -- though he'd certainly appreciated her touch when it came to Kira's story.] If... anyone really had the chance, it'd be you or Jasper.

[ So they probably ran into each other in the kitchen before, but he figured Gangrel needed a bit of space and there was a lot of baking to be done. So later he'll go knock on Gangrel's door with some food, chocolate cake to be precise.

...because if he was baking one cake why not make two. Knock, knock.]

[...it takes a few more moments, but there's movement again--and after a few moments of odd sounds, the sound of the trunk opening and things being dropped inside. Once that's taken care of, she'll open the door and gesture for him to come in.

[ Mikazuki knew that the man wasn't particularly happy about the results of the trial (let's be real, hardly anyone really was-), and so Gangrel was one of those he decided to visit to make company with at least. He sort of suspected the man would be very out of sorts... and so he had worried.

He'll be catching him, luckily enough as he notices him trying to make that tea... ]

Good evening, Gangrel. Do you need any help with making that tea?

Ah, good evening. Bruce, was it?

[ He'll approach the man with a smile... even if he's never had a chance to speak to him before, it could be a good time to start now. ]

Miss Estelle, would this be the time for us to try making the cake together?

[ He'll be stepping into the kitchen again at some point anyway, and so here he is...

He hopes the suggestion could help be a bit of a distraction, but it really depends, won't it? ]

[ Mikazuki doesn't really know why they are going to burn effigies, and so he'll come at first to the dining room, to stare at them. He'll just grab some food though, because he really is feeling like being hungry; he doesn't really pour himself a cup of tea just yet, because he knows he'll be doing that all night anyway.

Later on, he heads back to his room so he can rest. He probably is bruised a little from earlier's action, but it wasn't really anything he could handle. He's a bit sturdier than a human, after all. ]

[Ready to call it quits, Varric was just starting to rise when the note came back out. Settling down once more, Varric quickly scrawled a response, and pushed it back once more.]

How are you holding up? Can I get you anything. Won't come in, I'll just slide it through the door and we'll pretend like it didn't even happen.

Smart move. Most people probably won't come here looking for you, and I doubt many would come here at all right now.

[Training and working yourself to exhaustion isn't exactly ideal, but it certainly works to tire you out.]

...I don't mind. You've been surprisingly tolerable lately.

[It lacks any kind of bite though and he shrugs, moving to set the sword aside and start laying out some mats.]

[ He's probably one of the few people who don't really know much about the Pokemon Silver or Gold had (or much about Pokemon in general). ]

And I assume they're in the room with you? If they are, do they have any preferences to what they may eat?

[ There's a note under Gold's door, having seen Silver run off there immediately after the trial. ]

You listened to me when I shared my secret with you. Now, I'm going to return the favor: I'll be at the dining room tonight, but feel free to write back if you want to and leave it under my door in Room #3.

I know what you and Gold-kun did may have been seen as selfish by some, but you still saved all of us, regardless. I'm grateful for you both allowing us to live another day. I feel terrible for everything I did to the both of you in that trial. I hope you'll forgive me, but if not, I understand.

[The tears were hard to miss, and Varric noted them with a frown. He wished he were both closer and taller, to have been able to wipe them away for her. She might have been trying to stay strong, but that didn't mean she couldn't show a little emotion. At least in front of him.]

[He shook the thoughts from his head and held out the book. His name was inscribed on the cover.]

I told you if I ever found it, I'd bring this to you...

[ So he's not really sure what to say, but he wants to say something.]

[ Elda's first reaction upon finishing the trial? she's totally going to go and switch into her lavender dress in her room. Well, more specifically she's going to switch out of the swimsuit she's been stuck in all trial and take a shower. Her hair is actually still damp once she makes it to the dining room, ... uh. she's not wearing shoes though. As always. So someone help her what with all the broken plates??? yeah.

However, while she does stay in here to watch the effigies burn, she's so... Tired. In fact, he's tired enough that she starts looking somewhat longingly at everyone's necks even if none of them smell particularly appetizing. This holding pattern continues until they've burned several effigies, at which point she goes to seek out a choice person or two. She's making no effort to be unsociable even despite the circumstances.

She won't be in her room by the end of the night. ]

[ Just like she did for Silver, Orihime will write a note to Lusamine as well. ]

I'm so, truly sorry for everything that happened. I know you really cared about Gold-kun and Silver-kun a lot. You were looking for stories, when we first met. Figured... now might be a good time for a distraction. I have to get this to Estelle before the night is over but... it's a quick enough read, you might be able to make it a decent way through before I get it to her.

Okay. So. He's gonna hang out with the hot cocoa when he's around, though he's making an attempt to... track people down and shove hot cocoa at them if they haven't been around, with his Masquerain and Ariados behind him. ...they're not. the best support animals. but.]

[Hanyuu cries every week at the start of each afterparty. She goes to her room, and she cries, that's just what she does.

...This week is not an exception. However, she...emerges, a bit sooner than usual.

I promise.

She held that boy's burned hands before he died. She will not desecrate his memory.

So, she goes to the dining room, for sweets, and will sit quietly for awhile. Other than that, she's seeking people out. Looking for those who look alone or isolated, offering hot cocoa. She...doesn't look great. That hasn't changed. Hell, she hasn't smiled all week. But though her face is red and streaked with tears and her eyes water, she is firm and determined. For right now, she will try to be strong.

...In the kitchen she's a bit less so, as she...starts to make some cream puffs and just starts to sob as she does so. They're going to taste far too salty, sorry Gold.]
