[It... definitely takes a while for the weekly after-execution note to arrive, but it does --- kind of scrawly and on ripped paper rather than nice stationery.]

EY. YO. WE GOT EFFIGIES IN THE DINING ROOM AND WE'RE GONNA BURN EM.

FOOD TOO. THE USUAL AND HOT COCOA. GOOD FOR THE SOUL. GET SOME. MAYBE TAKE IT BACK TO YOUR ROOM IF YOU HAVE TO. JUST GET SOME.

[Anyway, in the dining room, there's plenty of mugs set out, with a janky looking arrow sign pointing into the kitchen to where you can get your hot cocoa. On the table, there's Vichyssoise, a pot of green tea, and some booze. There's also a cookie tray on the floor away from the table on which to burn the Wordsmith and Kimbley effigies, which are handily placed near the food on the table.

...also if you go in the kitchen without shoes on just. Watch the northern corner. There's no kidneys, but there's a lot of broken plates there for some reason...]

Yeah, she does it to everyone, that's how we met actually. She followed me and kept shooting me in the back until I talked to her. It doesn't really do much, it's just annoying.

[ That's just how Sera is, water is wet etc.

So Killia has never given anyone a backrub before, he just kinda answered automatically because it's how he is. But he'll get started and give it his best attempt, careful not to scratch him with his claws.]

She sounds like... quite a person. Although, more than what I had expected, even with knowing what you've told of her to me before.

[ ...Seriously, he wonders how Killia puts up with her. Sometimes he thinks Killia has more patience than he does!

As he's giving him a backrub though, he probably relaxes. Out of habit or due to Killia's efforts? It's hard to tell...but, there will be a small pause on his end. ]

Speaking of that trial, though, I am quite glad that we weren't forced to kill the both of them.

She's a handful, but she's not a bad demon.

[ ...there will probably be a talk they need have to have about Sera, but he's more than happy to avoid that for as long as possible. For now he focuses on the backrub, trying to figure out what Mikazuki likes best without asking.]

...kids shouldn't have to deal with things like this.

Mm, no not at all.

[ Mikazuki feels himself nodding off... the best part about him is that he's pretty much fairly easy to do back-rubs on because he's easy to please. ]

...Killia, did you take lessons on how to do something like with someone before? You are quite talented.

Huh? No I've never done this with anyone.

[ He is thankful Mikazuki can't see his face, because he might be some form of embarrassed at the moment.]

I don't like to get close to people, but, I'm glad we- [ You know, he's just going to keep rubbing his back than finish that sentence.]

Ha ha ha, you are quite adorable.

[ He doesn't mind that the man didn't finish the sentence, and now he cannot help but tease him a little, as he is wont to do to those close to him... ]

It's alright that you haven't before. But I do want to say I appreciate you doing this, considering. You've always been quite kind to me.

[ Once again he doesn't really know how to react to that, but it's not a bad thing. It's weird but strangely welcome that he's feeling this way.]

You were kind to me first. For a long time, I didn't know what that felt like. I think I was beginning to forget again, so thank you.

[ He rubs at Mikazuki's back more before he just kinda stops and leans forward, resting against the other man, head at his shoulder. He's tired too, and despite cooking so much tonight, he never really ate himself. He really should stop giving into his impulses like this, but he can't help it at the moment.]

[ ... Killia pls eat. ]

Ah, it is no problem. I am always glad to be kind to those who deserve you, and you do, especially so.

[ Mikazuki feels his cheeks glowing red as he can feel the other man resting against him, and this is honestly something that's really nice...but before they rest, he speaks up, voice quiet and gentle. ]

[ It's easy to forget to eat when you're cooking for everyone else!

He's half asleep at the moment (or he'd be blushing himself) but he still manages to respond.]

[ Speaking of which...or actually... ]

Do you want me to cover us with the blanket so we're not sleeping in the cold?

[ Mikazuki will say lightly and with a tired smile himself, even if they're both very much about to nod off here. ]

I don't need a blanket...but if you want one sure. [ It's probably really noticeable now, but Killia is quite warm. Which makes sense considering he's really not wearing a shirt and hasn't the whole time he's been here. Either way he won't protest, because whatever Mikazuki wants is fine by him.]

[tsugomori]

[ Mikazuki gets cold easily, so you know he will be clinging like hell later tonight. He wonders if they really need a blanket at this point when he can tell the other man is warm.

Well, in that case... ]

...Hmm, now I'm not sure if I need one.

[deofoled]

[ Mumbled because he is basically asleep right now.]

I'll keep you warm. [ He leans forward, tipping them both so they're laying on the bed proper. Now that he's actually in a better position to sleep he unfurls his wings, wrapping them both up snugly inside them. This is how he usually sleeps, just not with someone else but he's way too tired to realize just how close they are.]

[ Mikazuki probably made some sort of noise of contentment as they are effectively snuggled up together, and then he just... immediately drifts off, feeling like he may have forgotten to tell Killia something but oh well. ]
