Sixth.
| While the week may not have been everything that was hoped for, it hasn't been met with much tragedy, either; things have been solved, things have been found, and once again, the week has passed without interference from the executioner. Overall, it hasn't been too bad; however, that doesn't mean that things haven't been strained in some way or another – the incentive and all of the deaths you've been dealing with over the past several weeks are surely taking a toll of some sort on the group. The chimes ring out on Friday morning, as they always do; the morning is quiet, but that doesn't mean that things have been uneventful. The third floor is probably enough indication of that, actually. Don't worry, it's not like there's blood thrown around or bodies in the hallways; just the same, that doesn't mean the night passed easily for all of you. You know. In case you were feeling hopeful. >Explore? |

No.
It can't be, they had just discussed...]
Vanille! Vanille, wake up!

Oh, Tapus no--
[WELP. BETTER CALL OUT TO THE HALL.]
It's Vanille! Someone killed Vanille!
no subject
... Oh.
Well. ]
Is she dead?
[ Her voice is sort of surprisingly even, but she's also dropping her book and gliding over to the body ]

[ ... ]
... Miss Marker, it's been rather quiet, don't you think?
[ Usually there is the announcement by now. ]
no subject
... Is there a second one, again?

It's never really what he expected. It's unfortunate someone gave into the motive, once again. ]

She tore through the building, calling her name.
The sound of Japser's screams...
She stands in the doorway, trembling, a hand at her mouth.]
No... No, how could I...?!

A single hand goes on Hanyuu's shoulder, but he doesn't move otherwise.]

I said... I said I'd keep her safe...!
no subject
Although it's not long before he ends up using his words anyway.]
...Where's the announcement?

Elda doesn't turn to comfort her friend after a glance back to see Silver was there, but she does pointedly head towards the body herself. The implication is sort of obvious from her body language: Elda intends to do her best to examine the body so Hanyuu doesn't get at all tempted to think she has to. ]

[She's still so not okay but there's a fiery determination underneath it all.]
Please. Let me.

[ Elda's not particularly big, so she can't exactly do much to block the other woman from getting close, but. ]

Are you all staying here?]
no subject
Also yes she's staying here until something else happens to prompt otherwise ]

We should...probably sweep the building. We don't know if this is going to end like last week.
[...in any case, she needs to get out of here--she's gonna check the Dojo. How are we looking here?]

She's going to head for the art room, and assuming that's not a den of murder too stay there until the trial.]
