romance and murder go so well together
[ If the colorful posters from Tuesday weren't enough, Yato has redoubled his efforts for today and slapped these up all over the place:

We are admittedly not entirely sure what the heck the catgirl is there for, but she's there. Anyway, in the dining hall this evening, Aqua and Yato have set things up for a group dinner!! All the food is being put on one table; the rest of the room is for mingling and is colorfully decorated in a way that suggests that Yato went wild in the art room at some point and decided what we all really need in our lives is more color and more glitter!!
There's also this piece of paper with everybody's names on it in pairs, and sets of questions (red tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet). That's right, your mystery game is speed-dating and Yato is here to be your cupid for the evening!! ]

Miss Sigrun, we're in a vault where every week so far, someone's died and we've had a trial, and the trend could continue for as long as we're here.

It's not happening. [ He's so far in the closet, he skipped Narnia entirely. ] I asked him if he liked that guy, and he just said that everyone did.
no subject
Huh. [...] So you need to figure out how to get him to admit he thinks guys are attractive first.
no subject
How did you get to that conclusion?

Explain the chain of events that led to this.

[no that might be the point of This Is Where It Begins]
I think the most telling thing is that I actively look for things that he'd like and get them for him? Or make for him. I've been painting a lot recently and they're all for him, basically, since he's never seen the sunrise or sunset. Or stars. Not real ones, anyway. And he calls me cute. And I think he's pretty.
no subject
I... don't know if I'd say you're dating, but you do seem-- I mean, I guess you could be, since that all sounds sort of romantic in a way? [ Um.
Um. ] ...well, congratulations, Miss Sigrun. You have more luck than I do. [ with
with the robot. ]

Thanks? Do you think he knows? Or do I just tell him.

Sigrun is an adult that's more an adult than him, and yet, she needs an adult. ]
Well, if you didn't know, then I doubt he does? [ ...but uh. ] You should ask first. Don't assume things.
[ like you just did with this entire conversation ]
