Friday morning starts as all mornings in the Vault do. The klaxons sound off at seven in the morning; some awaken easily, some don't, but the point remains that for better or worse, everyone has to leave the room they were sleeping in eventually. A few will be spared from the immediate knowledge that something is amiss – those whose rooms are tucked away in the corners of the dorms and don't have a clear view of the hallway may get a few seconds' peace of mind. However, as soon as the main hallway is visible it becomes obvious that something isn't right. It isn't like the first week, where the blood was contained to the far end of the building. This time, the blood starts in the dormitory hallway. It looks like it's starting near one of the dormitory rooms toward the middle of the floor. >Explore?

[Rigor mortis has started to set in on the body, but it hasn't been anywhere near long enough for it to be at its peak - but that's more or less a given, since that takes about twelve hours or so from death. So her limbs and extremities are still easily pliable, and she'll give up whatever's in her hand without much of a fuss from beyond the veil.

[Mouri manages to contain his excitement at finding what seems to be a vital clue. If the culprit is nearby it'd be better to not to alert them.

Mouri carefully picks up the strands and stores them in his handkerchief, as he did with the fibers when Pearl died. What's the color of those hairs?]

[They're incredibly light - with nothing to compare it to they seem almost colorless, in the way that platinum blond or white might be, but in the handkerchief they seem a bit closer to grey.]

They're fairly short - not super-long, but not really short either. Length-wise it'd be more conceivable that they came off of someone like Gabriel than someone like Mouri himself.]
