[Mettaton is actually staying on the lower floors today, though that doesn't mean he'll be idle; either way, last night's...dream, if it can be considered that, seems to have him wanting to do something with himself, and as such he's spending a fuckawful amount of time in the art room again as of ridiculously early o'clock in the morning, messing with the kiln and getting larger ceramic bricks out of it.
...He's a lot of things, but a sculptor apparently isn't one of them. Don't judge his lifestyle.
That said, though, there's going to be a sign that gets duct-taped up outside the dining hall at about noon; it's very sparkly and pink and requires literally no detective work to figure out who wrote it, and the writing on it is large and sweeping:
COME JOIN ME FOR MINOR ACTS OF ACCEPTABLE VIOLENCE!!
LAST WEEKEND SUCKED A LOT. SOME OF OUR DREAMS PROBABLY SUCKED TOO. BUT IF YOU'VE GOT TIME AND FRUSTRATION, I'VE GOT A SLEDGEHAMMER, A BUNCH OF OTHER HAMMERS, AND A LOT OF BREAKABLE THINGS. OR PROVIDE YOUR OWN! WHATEVER, IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER.
JUST COME GET CATHARSIS - AND REMEMBER, IT'S BETTER TO BREAK CERAMICS THAN EACH OTHER'S FACES!!
...Don't worry, he hasn't repurposed the entire room, just about half of it; the tables have just been moved a bit to clear space, if you actually want to eat in there (for god only knows what reason). Mettaton himself can be found sitting on one of the tables, as he usually is, leg crossed idly at the knee and one of those sledgehammers from the machine sitting on the chair next to his legs, handle propped up against the edge of the table. He's also got a bunch of smaller hammers from storage set out on the table next to him, along with those...entirely too many large ceramic bricks, and also a bunch of the dish sets and glassware that aren't commonly used from the kitchen. (So don't worry, he's probably left your favorites alone, those of you that tend to think that certain plates and cups are just better for whatever reason.)
He can actually be found in here for most of the day; usually he's just kind of chilling, though once in a while he's going to be having a go at the stupid ceramic bricks because someone's gotta and he's got entirely too much energy to vent out one way or another.]
