Fifth.
| The klaxons blare out early on Friday morning, as always. Depending on how late you were out at the party last night, they might not be very welcome, but at least it seems the Kingmaker isn't having any difficulties with them today. The Vault's setup has always been a bit unfortunate on Fridays – the fact that the view from the dorms is a straight shot down the corridor tends to make it completely and immediately obvious when something is wrong. It isn't blood this time; there are no large crimson stains splashed around the hallway or leading outward from one of the rooms. What is there, however, is a person lying on the floor near the stairwell. That doesn't bode well, does it. >Explore? |

The first thing that will be noticed is the person lying on the floor; they're facedown, but that doesn't mean that identification is impossible, even from a distance - the long, bright red hair splayed on the ground around her head is distinctive enough that it could only really belong to one person.

Definitely dead.
...You two handle her. I'll go look around.
[He just doesn't want to look at another dead body for longer than he has to today.]

Okay. No problem.

Right.

It can't be!

Kind of weird she's on this side.
[Just. Putting it out there at first.]
I'll handle the body here. You two give a girl her privacy and tell the others we're down a detective.
