Of course. There is no covering it up, even if they wanted to be conscientious about keeping it clean.

So it wouldn't make sense for the person to use it on themselves.

I do wonder what they intended to use it for, then? Naturally it has many uses, but...if they wanted to clean up, there is plenty of water around. It was even found in the restroom.

Using hydrogen peroxide on bare skin does cause a temporary whitening - but if enough time passed between that being used on her and us discovering the body, then it wouldn't matter anyway.

Sounds like a possibility we can't discount.
