WEEK 1.
Now that you've had a chance to yell at the Wordsmith, one thing is very clear. He wasn't lying. There's no escape from this place. You can explore all you like, but there aren't any ways to leave. It seems like there isn't much to do but settle in and get to know your fellow Apprentices. You're free to go wherever you'd like for the most part, but come 10PM the doors to the kitchen and the mail room will shut and lock and nothing you can do will get them to open. While you might be tempted to sleep in, you'll find that the clock in the foyer goes off every morning at 7AM and again in the evenings at 10PM without fail. You'll be able to hear it no matter where you are; it seems it's being broadcast over the PA system. You're welcome to go back to sleep after you hear it, but surely you don't want to spend the whole day in bed? (Unless you were out exploring all last night. In which case, go back to bed, damn.) |

[OOC: Welcome to week one of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

But besides that, Watanuki is definitely inspecting the hallways, feeling the walls carefully as he walks along them. If it looks like he's trying to find any hidden doors, that's because he is.]

[ He happened to stop and see, of course. ]

[He does stop for the moment though, so he can talk.]

[ Mikazuki begins to enthusiastically touch at the walls, ironically enough. ]
...Why were you doing this again? Hahaha.

Oh, what is it you're making?

[Rice, miso, and some grilled fish.]
Are you hungry? There's plenty if you want some.
no subject
[That kind of breakfast actually looks amazing? He's curious to try some. It looks similar to some dishes in her world!]
no subject
[Or rather, a couple people who eat enough to feed an army. But anyway, he makes a plate for Estelle and passes it to her.]

What are you making?

[It's a traditional Japanese breakfast, with rice and miso and fish.]

I think I'll have to look in the library for some more recipes, though. Most of the people here aren't Japanese, so I'll have to learn a couple things that anyone would like.

... Unlike with Hanyuu, Gold's definitely sneaking up behind Watanuki to poke his back, grinning widely.]
no subject
[Yep, that sure did make Watanuki jump. After a moment of surprise he whirls around to see who did that, and he's already off to yelling.]
Don't do that!
no subject
Nothin' came out. Figured that I could get the stick out your ass by scarin' you.

I had no success with that when I attempted it earlier, but would you like assistance regardless? I could have missed something.
no subject
Oh, hi there. Help's always welcome, I suppose, though I haven't had much luck yet here. I'm beginning to think that the door out isn't hidden in the walls.

Watanuki-kun!
[ She gives him a wave, grabbing a loaf of bread from the counter beside her. ]

[Watanuki would wave back, but he has a frying pan in his hands. You know the deal.]

Do you need any help?
[Maybe he'll get free handouts if he helps out.]
no subject
Sure, I could always use some help. How are you at making miso?
no subject
[Living in the woods is not exactly the place for fine cuisine, alright-]
I can help chop stuff up. [That's hard to mess up!] What do you want in it?
