WEEK 3.
As the second week draws to a close, two more have joined the deceased. Christo and Alani are dead, leaving twenty-six of you remaining. It may not seem like very many have died, but their absence will certainly be felt. Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Just like last week, a door in the stairwell has opened, leading you down further into the building; there are more rooms open to you down there - possibly even one that you'll find personally interesting. Go ahead and explore all you like; after all, you did well at completing your lessons this past week. APPRENTICES REMAINING: 25 |

[OOC: Welcome to week three of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

And I thought your only talents were being good looking and ice skating. [ ...and being incredibly forward, but that's not really a great talent to poke at. ] Got a moment?
[ Her quiet and generally dampened mood from the meeting earlier is... not quite gone, but she's obviously making the best of what she can right now. And she has some good news anyway. That'd he'd like, at least. ]

Sure, just for you.

I used to be a professional figure skater—I won a couple competitions too. [ please don't ask which ones, i have been staring at these trophies on her dresser for half an hour trying to figure it out. ] I didn't remember that until recently though.
Since you'd been so thrilled to see I liked ice skating too, going by my profile, I figured you'd be happy to hear that it wasn't a total lie.

What kind of music did you skate to? Did you choreograph your own routines?
no subject
Instrumental. [ she'll hum a bit for him. ] That's my latest. And... not really. My coach always had a better idea of what I'd be able to accomplish, and I trusted him with that.
no subject
It sounds lovely. [ He wishes he could hear the actual song, the humming probably doesn't do it justice. ] I've taken the season off, but I skated last year's free program to Stay Close to Me. It's an Italian song about love; I commissioned it specifically for my routine.
[ He hums a little bit, too. ]
no subject
It sounds beautiful. [ The meaning, the name... all of it. ] I'm guessing you took the season off so you could try being a coach instead?

How's that been working out for you? ...Being here aside, I guess.
no subject
I'm still a little short on inspiration, but I think I managed to surprise everyone when I kissed Yuuri on international TV during the Cup of China. Millions of people were watching!

hold on, just
please give her a moment. she's actually got her face in her hand. ]

Congratulations. Did he take it well?

I'm glad. [ Guess there must've been some decent development, or maybe they'd been caught up in the moment, or something. ] Are you two official then?

Let me know if you remember how things work out for you. It can't sound like he'd take getting together too badly if he seemed happy after your kiss, after all.

I want to hear more about your skating. Do you have a favourite jump?
no subject
...It's a little on the easy side, but the lutz. It's the first jump I managed as a kid. [ Fond memories. ] My mom looked ecstatic when I showed her, and I was really proud of myself, too. It was a little sloppy, but I was six.

no subject
Nice. What's the jump you're the worst at?
no subject
The quad lutz. The other quads are near flawless, but I don't land the quad lutz as frequently.
no subject
...I'm surprised you can land most quads. [ She hasn't managed any, they're kind of nuts. ] That's me and the triple axel though—I'd been practicing for a while, and it still messes me up.
no subject
I remember having lots of trouble with the axel back when I first started doing triples. I nearly got a concussion on several occasions.
no subject
It's a lot tougher than I thought it'd be, that's for sure. [ ... ] It's too bad there's no rink here—I'd love to watch you perform.
