WEEK 3.
As the second week draws to a close, two more have joined the deceased. Christo and Alani are dead, leaving twenty-six of you remaining. It may not seem like very many have died, but their absence will certainly be felt. Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Just like last week, a door in the stairwell has opened, leading you down further into the building; there are more rooms open to you down there - possibly even one that you'll find personally interesting. Go ahead and explore all you like; after all, you did well at completing your lessons this past week. APPRENTICES REMAINING: 25 |

[OOC: Welcome to week three of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

He can be found in his room after the motive, and the door is cracked open just a little bit. Anyone who decides to visit him will find him in the middle of doing splits or leg lifts while shirtless. Just because he's trapped in a murdergame doesn't mean he shouldn't try to keep his body flexible... though he's starting to feel like he's pushing at the limits of what his body can handle; twenty-seven is very old for a figure skater and it's all downhill after twenty-two, really.
Later on after the meeting, Viktor heads down to the game room. He grabs a deck of cards and plays a few rounds of solitaire before deciding that he'd rather build a house of cards instead and begins to carefully stack the cards until he's created a fairly impressive 4-story construction...
...and then he removes a card from the bottom story of his creation, which causes the entire thing to collapse. ]
game room
Oh, hello. Looks like that was just wrapping up, huh?

There's something oddly satisfying about deliberately destroying a card house. All that work, gone in an instant...
no subject
[Finishing things always feels good.]
no subject
[ When you accidentally make it collapse or somebody else does it, it's no fun. ]
Want to play a game with me?

[... honestly he's just glad literally anyone here gives even the slightest fuck about health.]
You're the figure skater, right? A very intense sport!
no subject
And yes, that's me. Do you skate, Spartacus? [ That's... his name, right. Viktor's memory is terrible. ]
no subject
Yes, I do! I get more chances for roller skating than ice, though. The town I live in now is too small for a rink, and there are no lakes to freeze over.

...Not at the leg lifts, at his bare chest-
look let her live, a god can look--]
A- au, au. [...curse this incessant verbal tic, she blushes from the doorway.]

N-n-no, I didn't want- I mean, I didn't lean to mook- I-I mean, mean to look, sorry! Sorry!

And I thought your only talents were being good looking and ice skating. [ ...and being incredibly forward, but that's not really a great talent to poke at. ] Got a moment?
[ Her quiet and generally dampened mood from the meeting earlier is... not quite gone, but she's obviously making the best of what she can right now. And she has some good news anyway. That'd he'd like, at least. ]
no subject
Sure, just for you.

I used to be a professional figure skater—I won a couple competitions too. [ please don't ask which ones, i have been staring at these trophies on her dresser for half an hour trying to figure it out. ] I didn't remember that until recently though.
Since you'd been so thrilled to see I liked ice skating too, going by my profile, I figured you'd be happy to hear that it wasn't a total lie.

What kind of music did you skate to? Did you choreograph your own routines?
no subject
Instrumental. [ she'll hum a bit for him. ] That's my latest. And... not really. My coach always had a better idea of what I'd be able to accomplish, and I trusted him with that.
no subject
It sounds lovely. [ He wishes he could hear the actual song, the humming probably doesn't do it justice. ] I've taken the season off, but I skated last year's free program to Stay Close to Me. It's an Italian song about love; I commissioned it specifically for my routine.
[ He hums a little bit, too. ]
no subject
It sounds beautiful. [ The meaning, the name... all of it. ] I'm guessing you took the season off so you could try being a coach instead?
