Week 5.
Three more have joined the deceased this past week. Taichi Yagami was punished for breaking a rule, Megumi Sakura was killed, and Norman Bates... well, the less said about Norman, the better. A third of you are dead now; your losses are becoming more and more evident with each passing week. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible fifth floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you'll probably need the distraction after the last trial. SURVIVORS REMAINING: 17 |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week five of Trustfell! Save your threads for coins and the coming week's activity check; don't forget to check in to this week's activity check and submit your memory regains!
The text and calling posts are still active, for the sake of contacting the jerk who's keeping you here, to be used at your leisure!]
Kitchen
Cherryblod enters with the intention of cooking something, anything - he imagines Aqua has something of the same idea.]
Aqua. How are you holding up?

Well. She won't try to pretend anymore; Cherryblod, probably, should know better than anyone how she's holding up. But it's a courtesy she appreciates. There's a brief silence before she lets out a breath she hadn't realized she'd been holding. ]
As well as anyone, I imagine.
What about you?

[There's still dust on his hands from smashing what was left of Mettaton's venting party from yesterday.]

[ Noting that... ]
Did you have fun yesterday?

[ She could use a bit of venting, herself. ]

I blame myself, mostly. Realistically I understand that I wasn't the only one who could have possibly noticed, but - I should have noticed.

[ The note's still clear as day in her mind. ]
If someone had done something, then maybe this could have been avoided.
[ ... ]
But it's not your fault, Cherryblod.

...I'll be alright. Just give it a few days... and hope tomorrow's motive isn't too bad.

Cherryblod... do you know what his favorite food was? I'd like to do something to honor his memory, and this seems the best way.
no subject
[He does know birds!]

Would you like to help? I'd like to make a small bag for everyone here and deliver them later.

[ She'll just go start gathering some ingredients. ]

[Picking out some cherries and some other stuff with her.]

Does your wife have a sweet tooth?

[It's true she's bigger than she used to be, but...]

Instead of oils, use unsweetened applesauce. You can also substitute mashed sweet potatoes or bananas in place of fats. To cut down on sugar, use more spices, such as cinnamon or nutmeg. They help to emphasize the sweetness, and give it another wonderful flavor.
