Take Initiative.
| It seems things have been resolved - peacefully, if more than a little awkwardly for most parties involved. However, there's still work to do here, isn't there? Ryuunosuke shrugs after a long moment; tips his head up a bit. "Hey, Glory? Let everyone up." And apparently that's all it takes, though what that actually does isn't something that happens all at once - rather, panels slide out from the wall, forming a staircase up to that balcony they've been standing on. Mettaton doesn't really wait for the others to join them; he just leaves back through that section of wall they entered from, calling something back over his shoulder. "We've got another room to work from back here, darlings, this shouldn't take too long to work out." >Follow? |

[Stan grimaces, glancing reflexively over towards Mettaton and Ryuunosuke.]
This had already been way more computers than I ever wanted in my life.
no subject
I can agree with that.
[Definitely... no computers for him for a while. Possibly.]

[Stan sighs, and is silent for a few moments.]
I remember some more stuff about home now. Guess the dreams just decided to stop on their own. [.....] You up for Ford comin' along on the whole vault thing?
no subject
I don't mind people helping out. [Since it does make things easier, but--] As long as he knows what he's getting into.
no subject
[Stan gives a small smile.]
...we finally made up after all this time. Doubt he's gonna let me go runnin' off alone.
no subject
That's good. [He says, and after a brief pause adds on:] You two should make up for lost time.
no subject
...but first, I'm gonna kidnap Norman.
no subject
but first]
...why are you kidnapping him?
no subject
I'll find someplace outta town back home, get him set up with some fake documents, and we'll all be a lot better off. I don't need to be wondering what the hell is going on with all that. [Especially if people here are going to keep in general touch via portal technology. No one ever needs a surprise visit from Norma Bates.]
no subject
You should probably give him some warning before hand, at least. [Last thing that guy needs is more reason to be in utter discomfort.] And if you need a hand with it...
[Well. He'll be around.]
no subject
[.....]
Unless I need to. But he'll probably see my point!
no subject
[Make it, like... a willing kidnap. Hell if he knows.]
no subject
[There is no right answer, and judging from Stan's grin he knows it.]
no subject
...please don't get in trouble. The last thing either of us needs is to deal with the police from the sixties.
no subject
[We assume, given the serial killers wandering freely]
no subject
Still, best to be careful.
[They don't want to get into trouble before they've even started.]

I'm not sure how his situation back there is, but--best to be prepared for anything.
no subject
[Within the last hour, even.]
no subject
I know.
[A pause.]
I know you can handle yourself, but I still would rather you not risk it too much.
no subject
But the same goes for you, alright? Don't go runnin' off on any murder business without the rest of us.
no subject
[Well, he'll do his best, at least. No actual guarantees if he won't entirely do if if he feels the need to, however...]
no subject
...don't think we have one yet, but there was some kinda awful monster up in the Arctic he wanted to go look at. Should be fun.
no subject
Sounds like it could be fun. [A smile.] I'll be keeping it in mind.
