WEEK 4.

WEEK 4 Three more have died this past week. Milla Maxwell was killed for breaking a rule, Chiyuki was murdered, and you all had a hand in executing Yoshikage Kira. It seems like this isn't going to stop any time soon. How many more will join them this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Despite the Wordsmith's reaction to the last trial, it seems as though you've been rewarded once again for a job that was...well, it was done, even if he didn't explicitly say it was well-done. Another door has opened in that stairway, it seems, leading you further down into the building; once again, there are more rooms down there, more things to occupy yourselves with. Of course I noticed! That doesn't mean all these bright lights don't hurt my eyes! That flash when h executes people blinded me the first week!

Theoretically, but everything else matches up. Sigma loses both his arms and his right eye, the public is exposed to the virus... I could practically hear Diana claiming she was soon going to have killed six billion people, like on that memory card.

[And the number of clear unambiguous choices doesn't seem to brook many alternative options.]

Ha ha ha, well, it's more like my main form was just the blade originally. But now, I have a human form as well.

But let me tell you something that matters: Yoshikage Kira needed to die. In fact, I should've ripped off his hands and fed them to him.

I thought no one else would be swimming this late, and skinny dipping feels so liberating.

This late at night? Humans really should stick to going to bed during the vampire's prime hours.

Any of those things could be true, because I didn't see her in that memory.

[Or in the execution vote, but she knows Carlos' handwriting well enough to tell that wasn't forged then.]

Either way, there's a contradiction between Zero's words and the facts.

I punched it pretty hard then, and it didn't leave a mark. It's durable, unless you have explosives I guess. I doubt we'll be able to escape without killing him anyway.

[ But it was a good effort nonetheless.]

[ He honestly hadn't expected the flowers to mean this much, but he's really happy they do. He hadn't expected a lot of things actually, but he's not going to dwell on them in this moment. Right now, seeing Mikazuki's happiness was enough.]

You deserve them. [ The words are simple, but they carry a deeper meaning. Maybe one day he'll be able to elaborate on them more, when he's not feeling caught off guard in a good way. He does want to do something however, and even though Mikazuki is holding the blossoms, he reaches for one of his hands. Killia likes holding hands with him, likes the way it feels to be connected with someone again.]

There's a lot of people I want to see dead, more than anything. But that's not my decision, and it's not your's either.

If I were to make that decision, if I were to cross that line, I don't think I would stop.

Yeah, it's kind of like the butterflies we have back home, but a lot smaller. It kinda reminds me more of Beautifly than Butterfree, but it might just be the color.
