WEEK 4 Three more have died this past week. Milla Maxwell was killed for breaking a rule, Chiyuki was murdered, and you all had a hand in executing Yoshikage Kira. It seems like this isn't going to stop any time soon. How many more will join them this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Despite the Wordsmith's reaction to the last trial, it seems as though you've been rewarded once again for a job that was...well, it was done, even if he didn't explicitly say it was well-done. Another door has opened in that stairway, it seems, leading you further down into the building; once again, there are more rooms down there, more things to occupy yourselves with. But, as he is quite the person who loves positive physical affection -- platonic or romantic -- he moves with his other arm to pull the other male into a one-armed embrace if allowed, even while grasping the bouquet. It's probably a little awkward with the positioning, but he wanted to do it. ]

Every Gem is created for a purpose. A Ruby is a foot soldier; a Pearl is a loyal servant for a high-ranking Gem. We are grown for a purpose, and that purpose is never meant to be changed.

But now.... I don't know. I've spent time with organic beings who do not have an inherent purpose, who have created their own purpose....

Who else has a business world that involves being rough enough to threaten torture on someone and then walk it off? It's what anyone would think of first.

He's surprised by the embrace but welcomes it, and unlike last time they were this close, he doesn't hesitate in returning the affection. For the longest time, he thought he had forgotten this part of himself, but maybe he hadn't after all. He can't help but lean into the other man just a bit unconsciously-- as much as Mikazuki liked physical affection so did he, he just kept it buried.]

Good. We'll take turns. Each player completes as many moves as they can until they have to place a card from the draw piles face-up, then the other player goes. At the end when either no more moves can be completed, the one with more cards in the foundation piles is the winner...I believe.
