WEEK 7 Oerba Dia Vanille, Phi, and Gangrel have joined the deceased, dropping your number even further. This is the second week that the death toll has risen by three, just by way of murder alone. With well over half of your number deceased, how much longer can this go on? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... As before, it seems that door at the bottom of the stairwell has been unlocked, allowing you to descend even further into the depths of the university; perhaps the new floor holds something promising for you. Or perhaps you'll "christen" this one with another murder. Given the current pattern, that probably wouldn't be a surprise. APPRENTICES REMAINING: 12

There's still several days until week's end. There's no reason to give them the fear of oblivion when it won't happen.

Oh, Lusamine's eyes widen at that before they settle into a harsh glare, but her words are whispered.]

You had better not be implying what I think you are.

We can't simply keep them in the dark. They deserve to know a much as we do. Maybe they can do something.

[ Elda doesn't response to Lusamine's whisper, but her eyes don't waver, even if her hand is. This, this is so underhanded that...

... But she would be a hypocrite, given her letter to Chiyuki earlier, with the facts to tell them all. ]

[She's going to lose another person dear to her at the end of this week, if they stay idle. And that's terrifying.]

[ Elda's stress, fury, really, isn't over. She doesn't like this, she still does not like the idea of putting them to a panic or stressing them over an event which... ]

No more could I have stopped you than Silver telling Gold either, I'm sure.

I wasn't planning on telling him unless we agreed to it. If I was, I wouldn't have brought it up in the first place.

The Wordsmith already made it clear that he doesn't care what happens to them. That's reason enough to warn them, don't you think?

Wordsmith cares about his asinine experiment! As long as they're decent pawns in that experiment, there's no reason to waste them!

What can they do to fight it, Silver?

But if you were looking death in the face, would you rather stand up and fight it, or have it eat you up before you even knew what was happening?
