WEEK 7.
Oerba Dia Vanille, Phi, and Gangrel have joined the deceased, dropping your number even further. This is the second week that the death toll has risen by three, just by way of murder alone. With well over half of your number deceased, how much longer can this go on? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... As before, it seems that door at the bottom of the stairwell has been unlocked, allowing you to descend even further into the depths of the university; perhaps the new floor holds something promising for you. Or perhaps you'll "christen" this one with another murder. Given the current pattern, that probably wouldn't be a surprise. |

[OOC: Welcome to week seven of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

[ Mikazuki supposes he's changed over the weeks to speak of it to more people. Or maybe it's just ... he thought he already mentioned it (which he didn't, and he's definitely jumped to this logic before where people have gone 'Mikazuki, what.').
He'll just stand there, patiently with a smile. ]
It really is quite commonplace now. The Time Government authorized Saniwa-- or rather, Sages-- to make it so that they can give blades human forms. Some of us have to be found by Sages, or made by certain materials before we can be utilized in battle, though.

[Even so, she smiles. That's actually an interesting idea, and it honestly makes her more interested in the subject. Perhaps more Pokemon could be born of such things...]
If it's for the government's sake, though...it must be important. You must do wonderful work, Mr. Munechika.

You see, my enemy -- the enemy of the government and my Master -- are trying to change history. So, they need individuals who can prevent them from doing such a thing.
[ Things he never thought he'd be discussing over a place with a body of water, but here they are... ]

[...okay that's kind of a terrifying concept. Wait...]
What exactly is their goal? If they are trying to rewrite history, then wouldn't all of you be at risk? As weapons, you likely have histories of your own...don't you? Or am I simply confused?
no subject
Their goals vary for why they take action -- to make sure a certain figure may be in power instead of another one, for example.
Of course we do have our own histories, but as long as we stopped them from rewriting events in history, and don't try to re-write history ourselves, things will be fine.
[ Time travel business is a real pain... ]
But, hopefully that sounds a little easier to understand?

My, what an unusual predicament. Yet...it must be wonderful to be relied on like that. With people like you on the side of history, I imagine that things are taken care of quickly and set right.
[Still, she chuckles a bit.]
Hopefully none have gotten any ideas while you have been gone.
no subject
So hopefully no one else does. ]
Well, I do believe in my comrades and they'd be able to overcome anything no matter what has happened. I'm sure you have faith in your friends back home as well, right?

Some. I am the president of the foundation for a reason, Mr. Munechika. It's not that I distrust my coworkers, however. They simply have...priorities of their own, from time to time.
[...so yes? But also no?]
I worry for them, really.
