WEEK 8.
Orihime Inoue and Mikazuki Munechika are dead thanks to the Wordsmith's motive. While only two have died this past week, it feels much emptier around here now. There's only ten of you left. There's so few of you now. Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Unfortunately, regardless of how well you may or may not have done this week, it seems that there's nothing else for you here. No new floors have opened up below the seventh; it looks like for now, that truly is all. Perhaps it's a good sign. Perhaps it's one of the worst yet. Only time will tell. APPRENTICES REMAINING: 8 |

[OOC: Welcome to week eight of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

What?
no subject
[He could hear her, in other words.]
Do you want any company?
no subject
[ She breathes that out, snarling a little for it. But all the same - yeah, he's right, she should have focused her attention somewhere else in terms of the tossing. She hangs her head a little. ]
no subject
[Either way, he puts a hand on her shoulder.]
I'm next door if you change your mind.
[He'll actually leave her to her tossing or smashing a chair or whatever the hell. Better to get out frustrations like that than to just let them boil over.]
no subject
[ Stupid kid.
But she does appreciate the hand, even if it doesn't show much on her face. That said, once she shuts her door there isn't more throwing, but thirty minutes later she's going to open or knock on Silver's door, her maidenly carry on back over her shoulder. She's fixed up her hair already, making it as impeccable as she likes to present herself. In here, she's here to fix her nails. ]
no subject
...He does not expect her maidenly bag. That's new.]
Come on in.

no subject
Want any help with the nail polish?
[Sure, she might not need it, but it's still worth asking.]
no subject
[ Still filing, but she does look up to him now, looking around the room a bit but. ]
Aren't you even more worried than me in the first place?
no subject
[But he isn't too worried for a variety of reasons, some more messed up than others.]
I'm more worried about you and the others.
no subject
I never made the plans before. [ Not that she really was now, but. ] I've never been good at it.
no subject
[Right now they've got, what, bide their time, wait until the Wordsmith gets bored of them, or risk everyone getting eaten by Kageshirou? They're practically sitting ducks.]
no subject
no subject
[...That's their situation right now, isn't it? Incredibly frustrating, but... They're going to believe in each other, they're going to believe in the dead, they're going to believe their way into punching the Wordsmith in the face. Or if not, at the very least all that hope really seems to piss the guy off.]
no subject
[ A beat. She finishes with the nails on the one hand and makes to blow on them. ]
But if you can, that's all the better.
no subject
Being hopeful for something new, some other angle we can take this at, but frustrated that we haven't come across it yet... That sounds reasonable to me.
no subject
Has she?
... Maybe not the former, but the latter? Yes, of course. Elda exhales, going about the filing. ]
Yes, I suppose it would, wouldn't it?
[ . . . Sigh. ]
I'm being out of character, I know.
no subject
[He puts a hand on Elda's shoulder. He doesn't want to get too much into her space, but he doesn't want her to think she's alone in this, either.]
no subject
I want to introduce some of you to my family. [ She sighs ] Though I suppose for you that'd be breaking our own rules.
no subject
[That does pose a problem, doesn't it.]
I'm sorry.
[For uh. Being human, apparently.]

no subject
...Yes?
