WEEK 8.
Orihime Inoue and Mikazuki Munechika are dead thanks to the Wordsmith's motive. While only two have died this past week, it feels much emptier around here now. There's only ten of you left. There's so few of you now. Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Unfortunately, regardless of how well you may or may not have done this week, it seems that there's nothing else for you here. No new floors have opened up below the seventh; it looks like for now, that truly is all. Perhaps it's a good sign. Perhaps it's one of the worst yet. Only time will tell. APPRENTICES REMAINING: 8 |

[OOC: Welcome to week eight of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

He makes his way to the vending machine to cash in on some sweet loot, and is met with some interesting stuff. That's a lot of swords. Are those thongs? Who cares, because that's a god damn Tamato berry, and he's splitting the thing with Honchkrow without a second thought. Anyone who approaches can probably smell the spice, really. That's some strong stuff.
Once he's done with the vending machine (and a proper breakfast,) he moves onto the sewing room to finish up a couple of janky projects. This isn't nearly as much of his forte as it is Blue's, but he'll just have to keep doing his best. Later on, when he's been in here for quite a while, he'll have something for Elda. Or maybe a couple of somethings. Who the hell knows.
He makes a quick trip to the dojo where he's... Trying to figure out how the hell to even hold a sword, really (spoilers: he's doing it wrong,) but quickly gives up on that in favor of making his way to the pool to relax with all the Pokémon in the water. ...It still sucks to be here, but it's not quite as bad anymore, and the water is too good to waste.

Hey, Elda.
[He's got a big dark piece of fabric slung over his shoulder. That's a little more than something to cover her eyes...]
no subject
Hello. What do you have there?

Do you need...a little help with that?
no subject
Maybe. Swords aren't really my thing.
[...He's just feeling sentimental today.]
no subject
Would you like me to teach you? It's been a long time since I've used one, but I imagine it's like- aah, getting on a bicycle, is that how the saying goes?

... Honestly, it was probably a little bit denial-based. Or escapism? Really though, that's fine. Elda goes to the the vending machine today and gets... fun? Stuff. A fair bit of fun stuff. Once she moves it to a combination of Rooms 11 and 20, Elda puts on the gift from Orihime to see how it fits (pretty well, all things considered!) and then sets up shop elsewhere with those 20 megaphones. Or at least a dozen or so of them.
Namely, she spreads them all out on the dining room table and uses one of hem to call for for whoever comes past: ]
Come on, get a free megaphone! I don't need all these! They sure make a lot of noise!
[ Later in the day, though, she's making a much more subdued noise, she's going to the ballroom (she could have gone to the music room, but nah...) to practice on the piano there, trying to work out her old memories about how to play the thing. ... Or, as Guzma put it, more "freestyling" than anything. ]

I already have one of those.

So when she goes into the dining room and sees Elda, she goes right up to her while holding the crown of purple carnations and dahlia out.]
How about we make a trade instead, hm?
no subject
You actually made one?! I do hope Silver gets one too!
[ But all the same, she's actually leaping up out of her chair, her eyes shining a little to see the result! This. Sounds fun? Yes, Fun. ]

Well that's been sitting in her mind.
"If that's what it takes to go back to my old world...I won't think twice about killing my mother or father."
"If you do choose a world without me and I disappear...I will be happy, you know?"
"It was a dream."
"That was where I felt I had wronged you the most. Now I finally feel like I've atoned."
She's stewed in it, that memory. It's good...and yet-
Hanyuu sits in the mail room. She's got on her other outfit today, with Alani's flower and of course Orihime's friendship bracelet. She's taken to doing this, sitting there in the mornings. There's...nothing, as usual, but she still sits there, for hours at a time, with her deck of cards. ...Last night, though silly and vulgar, had been so fun. She thinks about how the club would take to that inappropriate game, and she laughs, idly, at their scandalized faces. Maybe even Rika would blush.
When it's clear nothing will come, she goes to the sewing room and quietly works for awhile on...something, it's a bit unclear what. She makes a stop by the art studio too, quietly painting. Again, it's not really anything concrete. Maybe she's just messing around, trying to get her mind off things.
In the end, during the evening, she sits in the greenhouse, under the fort constructed. She likes it there. Maybe, out of all the places here, she likes it the most.]
Greenhouse
Am I solicited now?!
[ A bawdy inside joke.
... To her credit, her hands aren't even outstretched, so she clearly expects a negative, but still ]

But in the evening, from about 6 pm onwards, he can be found in the kitchen. What is he making? Curry, of course!
No I kid he's actually baking some cookies. And he seems to be preparing them nicely on plates and stuff. Looks like there's going to be a cookie fairy tonight!]
no subject
So do those even taste good?
