Final Investigation.

The Wordsmith's message earlier this week was an ominous one; try as one might, it's difficult to ignore completely, especially with such few details provided to the group. "The end" is such a vague description; however, it does mean one thing, and that's the promise that all of this will come to a close, one way or another. He's promised you one other thing, however – that being that the only way to leave the building is by way of Rule Seven. The chimes ring out, as they always do, on Friday morning; a thorough check of the building will bring with it the realization that no one has died as of last night. There are no bodies to be found in any of the rooms; Kageshirou remains in the foyer, but in general it doesn't seem that anything has changed. However, it's plain that you're all getting restless, and perhaps understandably so; there's only one thing to do in that sort of circumstance, isn't there? After all, you've gotten good at this game; you know what happens on Fridays around here. There are a lot of places to check; just as a bit of advice, you might want to start on the lowest floor first. Other than that, however? You're on your own. Best of luck to you. >Explore?

[Once the pairs are settled on, he's eager to get right to investigating and heads towards his and Lusamine's door. What's behind door number three? Hopefully it isn't locked.]

[It's not locked, so you won't need to find any boxes!

It looks like a bedroom, actually - there's a neatly-made bed and the rest of the room looks like it belongs to someone.]

[...Well, this is new. Lusamine will step right next to Silver then, looking around.]

Did we perchance find his bedroom...?

But alright, let's go give this a look. Is this set up like the typical rooms? If so, Lusamine's gonna go try and check out if there's a desk, and rummage through it.]

Mostly. Silver pulls out a sharpie and quickly writes "The Wordsmith's a loser" on the wall. ...That doesn't have enough bite to it, but it's gonna have to do for now.]

[She wishes she had a sharpie with her, honestly, that's gonna be fun for him to see.]

[There is indeed a desk! You'll notice that just like the rest of the room, it's absurdly neat and tidy. In fact, if it weren't for the bed and the lack of dust, this place would probably look almost unused.

The desk doesn't have anything on top of it or anything to note immediately. Are you going to try to go through the drawer?]

[So he keeps it clean...huh. Neat freak.

Yep though, she's gonna rummage through the desk!]

[The inside of the desk drawer is also neat! There's some paper and pens in there, but more importantly, there are some shards in here. They look pretty, sort of like jewels, maybe?]

[...Well, Silver has gloves. He's gonna reach in to take the shards out so they can get a better look.]

[They're definitely shards of some kind! Yep. That's about all you can get from them.]

[...Well, he's going to pocket those, in that case. As long as they aren't burning to the touch shards or glass shards or something.

What's in the next drawer?]

...Let me see them for a moment, Silver.

[...do they have a particular color to them? Maybe they match the gems that she wore, or are made of something similar?]

They're pretty, aren't they?

[But what kind of purpose do they serve?]

...No, I don't believe these come from what I think they do.

[He can have them back, at least.

Lusamine's gonna go elsewhere, though, while keeping a close eye on Silver--there's gotta be a trunk in this room, right? Is there, or is there not?]

[There doesn't seem to be, actually! But while you're looking around you'll notice that there's a bookshelf and a cabinet.]

[Oh shit, this looks promising.]

Silver, dear--when you're done over there, can you check the bookshelf out? I'll take this cabinet.

[And so she will--can she get inside of the cabinet? What's inside, if it can be made out? ...is there glass on the doors or is it solid wood actually, that's important.]

[Solid wood! It also looks like there's a lock on it.]

[They don't have a color, actually - they're clear and sort of prismatic!]

[It looks like this one contains notebooks! Don't get your hopes up though, they're blank.]

[...He flips through them to see if there's anything in them, and upon finding nothing, well. He'll pull out his sharpie.]

Dear Diary,
