The Wordsmith's message earlier this week was an ominous one; try as one might, it's difficult to ignore completely, especially with such few details provided to the group. "The end" is such a vague description; however, it does mean one thing, and that's the promise that all of this will come to a close, one way or another. He's promised you one other thing, however – that being that the only way to leave the building is by way of Rule Seven. The chimes ring out, as they always do, on Friday morning; a thorough check of the building will bring with it the realization that no one has died as of last night. There are no bodies to be found in any of the rooms; Kageshirou remains in the foyer, but in general it doesn't seem that anything has changed. However, it's plain that you're all getting restless, and perhaps understandably so; there's only one thing to do in that sort of circumstance, isn't there? After all, you've gotten good at this game; you know what happens on Fridays around here. There are a lot of places to check; just as a bit of advice, you might want to start on the lowest floor first. Other than that, however? You're on your own. Best of luck to you. >Explore?

Looks like there's a lot in this room. Do you want to take a look at something in particular?

[A lot of it looks like scrap, as was mentioned before, and a good amount of it is in disrepair; however, some of it also looks like it may have been an attempt at handles and the like - the sort of thing you'd find on weaponry, as opposed to sculptures or practical noncombat things.]

[She's going to take a closer look at the handles, then. Does it look like it could be the hilt of a sword, or the sort of grip one might find on an axe, or does it look like it could come from a gun of some kind?]

[Probably more along the lines of a hilt, though it's all kind of broken and mangled. Definitely not anything that came from a firearm, though.]

[That might help place the technology of this world, then.

Is there anything else strewn about the wreckage that looks suspicious, or like it's meant to be something?]

[There are a few things, yes! There are a few finished pieces along the walls, though they look like they're in a state of disrepair or otherwise damaged - they're various-sized things, too, not all just one make.]

[Huh, interesting.

What sort of pieces are they? Is it more weaponry, or something else?]

[More weaponry, yes. Things like daggers and...claymores? We've got claymores. And sometimes longswords, kind of like Adelina's.]

[Strange that they'd be hidden away like this, especially in a place where people were meant to kill each other.

Any more weapons around, or does it just look like someone was metalsmithing in here for some weird reason?]

[Well, in the corner it looks like there's some, uh.

Nothing like malformed pieces of metal objects to weird you the hell out. Do these look like they could be conceivably used as weapons, or is it just an unholy mass of something?]
