We are admittedly not entirely sure what the heck the catgirl is there for, but she's there. Anyway, in the dining hall this evening, Aqua and Yato have set things up for a group dinner!! All the food is being put on one table; the rest of the room is for mingling and is colorfully decorated in a way that suggests that Yato went wild in the art room at some point and decided what we all really need in our lives is more color and more glitter!!

There's also this piece of paper with everybody's names on it in pairs, and sets of questions (red tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet). That's right, your mystery game is speed-dating and Yato is here to be your cupid for the evening!! ]

I'd start bright and early with a swim in the shallows of the sea. Then I'd have a big breakfast with the rest of my friends and family before we'd go out on our morning patrol, killing no less then three trolls myself, continue hunting down anything in the land until the afternoon, then we'd have a grander lunch to build our stamina up for the hunting out at sea. When we'd cleared the waters the sun'd be dipping down and a feast would be held as usual while stories would be shared, music played, and the food delicious.

[Much like the fish he's enjoying now.]

When things wind down and the fires die low, I'd head to bed with the rest of my companions... [But she pauses here, mischief in her eyes.] But I wouldn't sleep. On a perfect day, I'd climb to the top of the hall and watch the stars. It's not good to be out at night 'cause trolls are more active, but we keep our lands pretty damn clean of them anyway so it's fine to lay out there like that.

Sounds... really full. Can you see a lot of stars where you are?

[Her usual days are just as packed, and she wouldn't have it any other way.]

Tons! I don't know what anyone else can see in the known world, but in Dalsnes there's legends of how each one's a person who's passed onto Valhalla. I'll be up there too, one day, chatting up all the dead people in my life.

Seeing no purpose in life. The gods all gave us a reason to be here, even here here, and if you're going to shun it like then it's a disrespect.

I guess sacrificing yourself goes under that, but if it weren't for the fact that it's my duty to ensure the safety and well-being of those I can manage I probably would be a little more gung-ho about that incentive. There's too much on my shoulders to think I'd have an easy way out while doing something "nice" for the others, you know?
