Week 5.

WEEK 5 Three more have joined the deceased this past week. Taichi Yagami was punished for breaking a rule, Megumi Sakura was killed, and Norman Bates... well, the less said about Norman, the better. A third of you are dead now; your losses are becoming more and more evident with each passing week. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible fifth floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you'll probably need the distraction after the last trial. SURVIVORS REMAINING: 18 SURVIVORS REMAINING: 17

[...nice to see you keeping some tatami going on here, Kingmaker... assuming they're the ol' tatami mats, anyway.

He's just going to take the mats and move them out from their pile where they're stashed, maybe to lay out later on the floor... the floor is bare, right? Unless they're already covered with some special flooring and Bruce is just putting these mats as a placebo.]

[The floor is bare, like it is with everywhere else in this place - ...which is probably why we have mats. Have you ever tried doing this stuff on concrete. That's just asking for it, really.]

[He might have. Maybe. Look, sometimes you can't be picky about where you practice your Brazilian jiu jitsu.

Anyway mats moved, Bruce will go to look and see if there's possibly anything that could have been hidden within them. Or between them, either or. He'll even unroll a few mats out onto the floor just to get things started too and make a meditation corner for himself.]
