Week 5.

WEEK 5 Three more have joined the deceased this past week. Taichi Yagami was punished for breaking a rule, Megumi Sakura was killed, and Norman Bates... well, the less said about Norman, the better. A third of you are dead now; your losses are becoming more and more evident with each passing week. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible fifth floor. There are still a lot of questions that need answering, but at least now we can start finding said answers.

Only one way to find out.

We've got a lotta ground to cover, but it must be possible.

Having more ground now is at least one thing we have on our side.

[Compared to the beginning when they only had, like, one floor.]

I hope that doesn't mean we're going to miss somethin' important.

We'll just have to make sure to be thorough.

You have any ideas where you're gonna start?

Probably from the lower levels first. We're used to them by now, its easy to overlook something without us knowing.

Hiding in plain sight, probably.

It'll be so obvious, we'll kick ourselves for missing it.

[amygdalae]

...I wouldn't be surprised, honestly.

[Frustrated? Yes. Surprised? No.]

There must be a way to guess what rooms are more likely to contain left over evidence.

Rooms that look like they have less activity than the others, maybe.

[amygdalae]

It would be easier to slip in and out of those rooms.

[Bruce mutters this as he gives a small nod.]

It's a fair place to start, at the very least.

We have a lot of ground to cover, and not a whole lot of time. This'll be pretty tricky.

But I'm confident we'll succeed.

[amygdalae]

All of us at least want answers as much as the other person. If we all work for that, I'm sure we can manage something.

I'll keep looking around.

There's gotta be answers around here somewhere. Important ones.

As will the rest of us.

We'll just have to make sure to keep each other updated.

That sounds like a plan to me. We've gotta start somewhere, after all.

The hard part is getting started. After that I think everything else should be able to come together.
