WEEK 5 Three more have joined the deceased this past week. Taichi Yagami was punished for breaking a rule, Megumi Sakura was killed, and Norman Bates... well, the less said about Norman, the better. A third of you are dead now; your losses are becoming more and more evident with each passing week. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible fifth floor. [Bruce looks pretty uncertain when Stan gives that warning. ...he supposes messing with--inter-dimensional barriers (?) can be rather dangerous, but ending the world was...

He supposes he'll see for himself when he gets to it.]

I'll be sure to look into it.

[Stan shrugs; he doesn't seem concerned. He's seen the portal work too many times without an apocalypse to worry about it. It does kinda cause chaos, but the gravity stuff is small beans compared to getting home.]

The guy who wrote 'em was gettin' pretty damn paranoid at the time. Could be nothing.

It's still better to be safe. We are in another world, after all--what works in our own worlds may not apply in the same way here.
