WEEK 7.
Two more Survivors have left you; Aqua was killed in cold blood and Mettaton... well, your thoughts on Mettaton probably vary depending on how close you were to him, but either way he chose to end Aqua's life and paid the price for it. There are so few of you now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible seventh floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you've done well. You've earned it. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week six of Trustfell! Save your threads for coins and the coming week's activity check; don't forget to check in to this week's activity check and submit your memory regains!
The text and calling posts are still active, for the sake of contacting the jerk who's keeping you here, to be used at your leisure!]

GYAH...Well, those candle flames will flicker a little bit after a while; the movement is visible on both sides of the mirror - that is, the reflection and the actual flames are doing something, not just one or the other, and after another brief moment, the Wayfinder (the object and its reflection) will move forward a bit.]

Well, holy fuck.]
...hm.
[The chances of the Kingmaker watching this now seem slim; who wants to watch people mourn in a church all day? Still, he's not going to make a big deal and draw attention just yet. Stan nudges the Wayfinder back a tad and then apparently turns back to his reading, though now he's carefully watching it over the top of the book.]
Hey, move it to the right this time if you can hear me.

Notebook, notebook, who's got a notebook...Stan tears out a piece of paper and scribbles on it before laying it down, facing the mirror.]
Hey ghost!

no subject
Sure can! Who's this?
no subject
The doodles are as follows:
- A little Wayfinder
- A shell with wings, like a certain mermaid's pendant
- A deck of cards
- A crown
- A poorly-drawn cat head (with "KAMUI" written under it)
- ...is that a knife, who the hell drew a knife.]

Stan grins widely and chuckles to himself; he can't quite help it. The next note is headed by a little drawing of the symbol on his fez. He can't see them, so maybe they can't see him either.]
Good to hear from you!
You all doing okay? Under the circumstances? [Yeah he gets it's a weird question to ask the literal dead, but he wants to know. Things can always get worse.]

There are drawings of cartoony heads of people in the Vault with arrows between them. You've got:
Yosuke ↔ Black
Tarrlok ↔ Colress
Cherryblod ↔ ...a lobster, probably
and a small Sigrun killing a troll.
There's also some more words under the chart: "REALLY, YATO? ROMANCE AGAIN?" and something that actually addresses what you wrote with: "IN ONE PIECE. NOT GETTING INCENTIVES AT LEAST."]
no subject
Tarrlok <-> Colress? Had no idea!
Are you all stuck or something? Is there something we should do?
no subject
"STICK TOGETHER AND STAY SAFE; WE'RE WORKING HARD ON THIS END"
"THERE'S A HIDDEN ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR. SLIDE THE WALL PANEL TO THE SIDE. IT'S WHERE WE SET OFF THE KLAXONS. BE CAREFUL, IT'S PROBABLY WHERE THE KINGMAKER WATCHES YOU."
And finally, "CHECK FOR OTHER HIDDEN ROOMS TOO."]
no subject
[The Kingmaker can't stay in there all the time, can he? He's gotta sleep sometime...maybe late one night he'll take a few folks to try and check it out. They'll go armed just in case, but Stan doesn't quite trust their chances; it's not like he wouldn't see them coming.]
Do you know when he goes out?
If I do this with the others later, can you meet us?
no subject
"PLEASE IGNORE YATO.
SPEAKING OF COLRESS, THOUGH, COULD YOU ASK HIM IF HIS POKEMON HAS ANY SPECIAL CAPABILITY TO SENSE SPIRITUAL ACTIVITY? IT'S POSSIBLY A LONG SHOT, BUT IT MIGHT MAKE COMMUNICATION EASIER."
And there's another one: "WE'RE NOT SURE WHEN HE'S IN OR NOT. WE DON'T OFTEN SEE ANY OF YOU, EITHER, USUALLY JUST DURING THE TRIALS, SO IT WOULD BE HARD TO WATCH FOR A SINGLE PERSON.
WHEN ARE YOU PLANNING TO MEET UP AGAIN?"]
no subject
Late tomorrow night? He has to sleep sometime.
[If they all go somewhere at once during the day, it'll draw attention. But if they have several smaller meetings with smaller groups, that's more time spent on it: the chances he'll stumble over one session or the other go up. Besides, it sounds like that'd be harder for the ghosts to manage anyway.
Anything they do is a gamble. Might as well go all in - one big heist, so to speak.]
no subject
There's also: "GOOD, DO IT FAST. WE'VE LEARNED OUR LESSON ABOUT TAKING OUR TIME."]
no subject
Tomorrow night, here. At one. [Midnight is cliche.]
I'll do my best. Talking to you will help.
You stay safe too.
[He's not sure what dangers might be over there, but it's never bad advice.]
