WEEK 7 Two more Survivors have left you; Aqua was killed in cold blood and Mettaton... well, your thoughts on Mettaton probably vary depending on how close you were to him, but either way he chose to end Aqua's life and paid the price for it. There are so few of you now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible seventh floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you've done well. You've earned it. [It's one of the smaller types, yes! Feel free to flip it around at your leisure, there's nothing on the other side, either.]

[Just gonna flip it a few times for fun cuz he's a gd child. We got chalk?]

[Hell yes, gonna write a cheery 'Hi!' on the board before moving on to give the rest of the room a look over- not that there's much in here, mind you.]

[...There really isn't.

That said, whenever you look back at that board, the message you wrote will be gone, and there's another message in its place, written in large, blocky handwriting you don't recognize.

OH GOD I DIDN'T FINISH THE DOLL I SWEAR!!

[SHOULD'VE DONE THE FINISHING RITUAL ANYWAY, YOSUKE okay no.

That said, nothing's happening to the board while you're staring at it, don't worry. ...Whether that's better or worse is up to you.]

[He takes a few minutes to catch his breath and not pee or cry before going back over and writing:]

Who's this?

[New board, who dis?]

[The board doesn't seem to do anything for a moment before Yosuke's words just kind of...blink out of existence. They were there, and then they weren't, like nothing had been written on it to begin with.

The writing appears less suddenly, the letters forming as though they're being written by hand, though there's no chalk moving at all against the board.]

YES/NO ONLY.

Are you one of the people the Kingmaker brought here?

[Maybe Stan really DID summon Aqua?]

NO.

Are you a ghost?

[Just to be sure- for all he knows this is some weird magic or tech... and not meant to make his guts fall out all his various holes]

[Well, it looks like the ghost is breaking yes/no for right now.]

[He doodles some mindless swoops while he thinks]

[He has to be connected to whoever did this other set up, right?]

[There's a long pause that follows that; after a moment, though, those mindless swoops are copied. It's meant to be an indication of idle thinking and not the...whatever this is just walking away, looks like.]

HE'S IN CHARGE OF THIS GAME.

HIS TITLE IS REALLY PRETENTIOUS.
